Young Love {Jungkook FF }

Part 15

It's been a week since the fashion show and everything is back to normal at both Y/N's and Jungkook's lives. After the week paparazzi and annoying articles about the newfound models Tae and Kook stopped and peaceful life was back again. 

Y/N on the other hand had free time to spend at home with the kids, and Emma's visits made the house even livelier than it was before. The kids' summer vacation would start in a few days so Y/N started planning a family trip to the sea where Jimin and Seulgi would be joining them. The destination came out to be Hawaii and soon all of them were waiting for each other at the airport to take off. 

The twins were excited and jumped around when the plane landed and we boarded the boat that would take us to the private island we rented. The sun, the smell of the saltwater and the green palm trees around us gave it all a magical feel, so we hurried to pack out the stuff so that we could go to swim. 

Jimin was already blowing up the swimming rings and toys for the kids while Seulgi and I made sure to coat the twins with enough sun cream so they wouldn't burn under this sun. As I watched them play around in the water I remembered our family vacations when oppa and I were kids, how dad used to teach us how to swim and how we built giant sand castles with mom. 

Seulgi and Jimin were always there for the kids and love them like their own, but I don't know how long it would be enough. Kids will eventually start asking them where their dad is or who their dad is or why they don't have a dad, and I don't want my babies to be bullied just because of that. Even Emma's mother asked me about my husband, to which I had to answer that he lives back in Korea and is working there, and that I'm raising the kids alone. I know that people will be judging a single mother that is so young whenever she would reveal it, but I don't mind it as long as the kids are happy. 

Those two get more love than other kids even though they don't have a dad, that's what I like to think, but ever since Jungkook came back into my life I keep doubting that from time to time. I know that it would be nice if they learned how to swim with their father instead of their mother, uncle and aunt, it would be more memorable, but it can't do right now.

 I was lost in thoughts until Seohyunnie ran up to me to ask for a drink and dragged me along to have fun with them too. That's when I realized that we've got everything we need already, and that we could make just as precious memories since we are together with the people we love the most, and that is plenty enough. In the week we spent in Hawaii we had a lot of fun, tried out different activities and took a bunch of photos, the twins also learned how to swim thanks to their favorite uncle. 

When we got back home and said our byes to Jimin and Seulgi the kids immediately fell asleep, after the tiring journey. Meanwhile Jungkook decided to visit his parents for a few days, since they knew Y/N was still in the States preparing for her own fashion show. 

"My baby! I'm so glad you finally came to visit us, it's a pity that you couldn't bring Y/N with you." 

"Hi mom, hi dad, how are you?" 

"We're good son, and you? Seems like your model appearance made quite the headlines the past week." 

"Oh, I still have to thank Y/N for managing to put you in Nana's fashion show. Did you also meet the designer while you were there?" 

"No, Y/N said she is on vacation with her family so she wasn't there. The whole show was organized by her higher ups and her company, and Y/N was also there since those two are collegues and Nana apparently gave Y/N the responsibility of taking care of everything, since her show was postponed."
