Chapter14|Trust me

Minhyuk Pov:

My head was in extreme pain. I opened my eyes, everything was dark, I couldn't remember anything of what had happened, where am I?

I was lying on my stomach. I tried to move my hands but they were tied behind my back. I couldn't move my legs either and I started to panic. I heard a loud cry and someone speaking and then I remembered. Kihyun.... Junhyeong he hit me and I fainted, he has Kihyun.

I used all my power to get up to a sitting position and looked around me. I was in that dark basement. "You finally woke up, I almost thought I killed you" I could see him standing right in front of me. He was holding Kihyun who stayed motionless and completely terrified.

"You monster you are going to pay for this, let him go" I shouted and Kihyun's whimpers became even louder, he was keeping his eyes shut and he seemed ready to collapse.

"I came so far I am not letting my precious baby leave" he caressed Kihyun's face and then threw him to the ground like he was an object.

"You are disgusting" he started laughing hysterically. I sighted "Please don't hurt him anymore, do whatever you want to me just don't hurt him I beg you" I could here Kihyun whispering me not to do this but I didn't want to see anyone torture my little brother, I couldn't see him in that state.

"Who said I want you? I want nothing from you, everything would be great if you didn't mess with me now I will have to end you but at first I am gonna let you see your friend suffer just for a punishment" I started trembling, how can he be so mean? We trusted him.

He took a sack from the ground and violently put in on Kihyun's head and Kihyun started sobbing again and tried to take it off but Junhyeong's hand didn't allow him to do so. "Now baby just because your friend is here doesn't mean that you won't follow my rules" he whispered and Kihyun gave up and stayed still. It was terrible to see how Kihyun just obeyed him out of fear.

He got up and kicked Kihyun's back violently "Hey stop it" I yelled and he answered me with a kick in the stomach. Kihyun flinched when he heard my scream of pain.

"Both of you stay quiet or else you will get punished" he said and left the room.

I tried to approach Kihyun even though I was tied up "Hey Kihyunnie he left now don't be scared, can you please untie me?" he stayed completely still and he didn't even answer. "Kihyun you don't have to worry about him anymore, he left I promise" he shook his head in denial.

I sighted and looked around for something that could help me but nothing. I edged towards Kihyun and tried to pull the sack off his face with my mouth. He immediately freaked out and kept it on with his hands. I was surprised to see him like this.

I pulled the sack off his face and he looked lost. "Kihyun don't you want..."

"SHUT UP, WHY DID YOU EVEN COME HERE? WHY DID YOU TRY TO SEARCH FOR ME? NOW HE IS GOING TO KILL US BOTH...just stop making everything worse" he shouted loudly and then turned to look at me "I am sorry...I am so sorry I didn't mean to....I am scared" he curled into a ball and I could see him trembling and I could hear his teeth clenching.

"I know Kihyunnie, I know how scared you are and I promise I will find a way for us to escape but I want you to be a little more optimistic and brave, were is that annoying stubborn that I have for best friend?" I joked hoping that I could see him smiling even a little.

"He is gone, he doesn't exist anymore....I'm sorry" I could see in his eyes how exhausted he was, he seemed so.....broken.

"No he is not gone, I know it, you are just scared, I am scared too but we will make, trust me" he didn't even turn to look at me, he bit his bottom lip in order not to cry.
