I quickly made my way to the kitchen and grabbed a cup. As I poured the water in I herd the front door open and close. Dad........ I walked in the living room were dad and sherry had just entered "Kody where's lumine I got something for him" sherry said holding a plastic bag filed with what ever she got. I glared at her "i don't know and I don't care" I said in a annoyed tone. Sherrys face went blank not expecting me to say that but I don't care i just want him out my mined. I put on some sneakers tapped my tipytoes on the floor making sure my shoes were secure and walked out onto the back porch and sat on the last step. I looked up at the stars and felt hot tears stream down my face. I was about to talk to myself before I felt a hand touch my shoddier I just flinched "relationship problems? " dad asked as I glared at him with tears still in my face "no why do you care" I said avoiding eye contact "Kody you can't lie to me-" "yeah and I somehow convinced you that I was okay at sch- " I tried to cut him off but got cut off by him hugging me. I felt my face get hot and I knew why. I slowly started to let go of my strong act and found myself hugging him back as tear streamed down my face it felt like hugging lumine. ......no why am I thinking about him. I dozed off and feel asleep in my dads arms...........
