Same Quarrel

P.O.V Lily
Lily smashes her hand on the table, ignoring the pain as tears prick her eye, before she closes her eye, trying to calm herself.
"Lily?" Tau asks as he stares at her before Lily growls back at him.
"Fuck off Tau!" She growls as he takes one look at her and races away, as Lily collapses at the table, sobbing, before she hears dragons and looks out the door, watching the defenders leave.
Lily turns, before something stops her in place. A white Night Fury.
"Avalanche?" Lily asks, before she approaches the Night Fury as the Night Fury steps back, racing away and Lily stops, before her mind turns elsewhere.

"Why do they have to be such assholes?" Younger Lily asks the Night Fury beside her as the Night Fury warbles and touches her neck.
"It's just as hard for me to watch them beat you up, Lily."
Lily sighs, looking at the dragon, before she buries her head in her hands.
"How can I continue with life when they hate me and you! You should just leave, maybe then you could get a mate..."
"Lily." Lily looks up at the dragon as Avalanche touches her head with her own.
"The reason I stay is for you. You are my best friend and I have to protect you."
"Protect me?"
"You will do anything for friends. That is your flaw. You will break when someone betrays you or dies. I'm here to not let that happen."
"But... what if you die?"
"If I die, then believe me when I say, you better not fall into depression or I will come from Valhalla and beat the shit out of you."

Lily's eyes snap up towards the door, before she races outside the door, the Defenders already long gone as she runs towards the ocean, stopping at the cliff and looking around, before taking a deep breath and roaring, the sound deep as it races across the ocean as Lily stares at the ocean.
"Come on..."
The ocean seems to part as a gigantic dragon pulls themselves out of the water, their large eyes narrowing and head tilting as they growl at Lily.
"What do you want from me, Lily Áshildr Björnsdotti?" The alpha dragon growls as it places a large paw on the land, green eyes narrowing as Lily stands tall, defiance in her eyes.
"I need your help."
"You have no favour from me." The dragon states as it tilts its head.
Lily looks down towards the ground, before she looks up, holding her head high.
"I know I don't. But you can't call yourself an alpha without helping the dragons."
"I spent years trying to figure out what happened to your family, Lily and this is what I get? You didn't even tell me you and your brother were alive. You've spent so much time in your pity you have become selfish. You are not my kin."
Lily looks towards the mountains, where she sees Flare, before she looks back and steps forwards, almost nose to nose with the dragon who had knelt down so they could talk.
"Maybe I've become selfish, but fuck that. My... family is out there, risking their lives in order to save the dragons that you claimed to help. You are just like me, even if you don't agree."
The dragon seems to be taken back, before it's pupils turn to slits and it roars as Lily steps back, however only to run into another.
She turns, not seeing anyone, before a red shape appears, it's beak jaw and blue cheeks making it look less menacing, however it growls at her.
Lily stumbles back, running into another Dramillion, this one not in disguise.
Lily turns back to the red Dramillion, finally realising why it was there. It is an alpha Dramillion, meaning if she could train it she could command all the Dramillions.
But Lily is scared.
She swallows and speaks as the Dramillion tilts her head.
"What's... what's your name?"
"That is none of your concern, Human."
Lily seems taken aback, before she speaks.
"Will you help me?" She asks as the dragon looks at the other alpha, before nodding.
"My kin have been taken from me like yours. We have the same quarrel. You will ride with Amaryllis." The Dramillion nods towards the other alpha, who grumbles and lets Lily climb onto her.
"Let's do this."
