Unexpected (Hayes Grier Fanctic)

Chapter 5

Mal's POV

" Ok, what did you need to tell me? " I asked

" Malory, look this morning with Taylor " He started to say.

" I know I saw your face " I put it out there.

" I don't know how to let her down easy. She's great in all but not the one for me. " He said looking up at me with a smile.

" HAYES " I shouted while pushing him.

" Come on you now that kiss had to meaning something....RIGHT? " he answered

" Hayes we can't do this now. " I said walking away. He grabbed my arm and pull me back and then he kissed me. It felt like forever. When I finally let go I saw Taylor standing there. With her mouth wide open.

" Hayes? Malory? " she finally spoke.

" Taylor look it's not what it looks like " I said. Then I saw a tear fall from her face. She turned around and walked back to class.

" Hayes what is wrong with you ? " I said walking away. He tryed grabbing my arm again to tell me something but I pulled my arm away.

After school I texted Taylor and she understood what was happening but she also was done with Hayes. Then I got  a text from Hayes.

Hayes : Hey did you talk to Taylor ?

Me : Ya she's pretty broke but she said she's done with you.

Hayes : oh...... well I was wondering if we could meet up :)

Me : no Hayes we can't me up :) you broke my bestfriends heart cheating on her with me

Hayes : look we can talk about this just meet me

Me : no look I gotta go bye

Hayes : bye

After me and Hayes convo I went over to Samantha's house cause I really needed to talk with someone. She just lived a few doors down from Hayes so I walked over. After I arrived at her house we sat down on her couch.

" And that's what happened today " I finished.

" woooow one day and all of that happened " She said sarcasticly .

" Well I really think that you should talk with Hayes about your feelings " Samantha added on.

" FEELINGS " I shouted.

" Come on Mal " She look at me with a *just admit* face.

" Okay ok I guess I have a little crush on him " I said.

" Now that's my girl " Samantha said smiling I laughed.

" Well if you don't mind I'm going to go have a talk about my feelings with Hayes. " I announced.

She smiled on walked me to the door.

" Text me how it goes "She said.

" Ok Tinker Bell " I said laughing. It's a thing between us.

Me : Can we meet ?

Hayes : Oh now you want to talk

Me : Don't push it

Hayes : where? when?

Me : Park now

Hayes : Wow that's fast I'll be right there.

I arrived at the park and Hayes was already sitting ther on the swings.

" Wow Hayes you really meant you'll be right there. " I said

" Well I thought this was important " He smiled.

" Look, when you....well...... Kissed me I uh kinda liked it but I dont know how Taylor would feel. Oh nevermind we aren't friends anymore because of someone " I said pointing at him.

" Really " He questioned.

" Yes " I smiled.

"  Well does this mean- " I cut him off.

" No No NO I said I liked you a little your gonna have prove a lot more " I said.

" Okay " he smirked. " How about a date Wednesday night " Then winked ;)

" I'll take that " I smiled. " Well its getting late I'm gonna head home " I said.

" Well I'll walk you home since we live next door in all " Hayes said.

We walked home chatting about funny stories. I got into bed with a smile on my face. Then I remebered to text Sam.

Me : Went Great ! Thanks :)
