Unexpected (Hayes Grier Fanctic)

Chapter 10

Mals POV

it was Saturday and I was heading over to Hayes house to practice for our lacrosse tryouts on Monday.

I arrived at his house and knocked on the door.
 " Hey Mal!" Hayes said excitedly.

" Ready "  asked smiling.

" I'm ready to beat your butt." Hayes said letting me in there house.

" Oh so were playng a game " I said with a smirk.

" Yes indeed we are." I laughed and walk outside.

1 hour later

I was running towards the goal when Hayes came out of knw where and slammed into me. The next thing I knew I was lying on the ground and everying went Black.

Hayes POV

" MALORY MALORY ! CAN YOU HEAR ME." I screamed. I can't believe I just used all my force to block her.

" What the heck hayes what is the prob-" Nash came outside yelling at me.

" MALORY?? HAYES WHAT DID YOU DO."        Nash screams.

" Well we were playing lacrosse and.. I blocked her.... a little to hard and now she's on the ground fainted!" I said.

" HAYES CALL 911" He screamed/

1 hour later. ( Hayes POV Still )

We have been in the hospitial for about 45 mins now and no responce from the Doctor. The last I heard she was going tin surgery.

2 Hours later

The Doctor is walking up towards us right now.

" It seems when you knocked he to the ground she hit her head really bad causing her to have a serve concusion. Whick also lead to a nasty blood clot that we had to pop in order for her to survive much longer, And now her blood is leaking through her head. I'm very sorry to be telling you this but Malory Heineman only has a few hours to live." The doctor said his sorrows and left us.

I couldn't help but cry, cry, and cry again.

The Doctor was letting us see her one last time.

" Malory. " I said sniffling.

Her head turned looking me right in my eye. I could see the tear stained on her cheeks.

" Malory Oh my God im so so so sorry it's all my fault. I'm so-" Malory cut me off.

" H-Hayes it it it isn't your fault I-I shouldn't have wanted to try-out for there team the suck anyway. I-I just wanted to tell you that I-I really like you. And Nash I will always love you like a brother. Tell my familt t-that I love them." Malory could bearly get through all that with her crying.

All of a sudden she stooped breathing.

I never got to say goodbye :(
