Unexpected (Hayes Grier Fanctic)

Chapter 7

Hayes POV

Today was the day of Malory and I's first date and I could'nt wait ! I got ready and wore a Red Polo and Khaki's. ( sorry if i spelled that wrong ) When I got to the bus stop Mal wasn't there so I just waited. After about 3 mins I felt somebody behind me. Then I turned around.

" Mal ! " I shouted then she covered my mouth. " Sorry ".

" Well your excited this morning " she said very tired like.

" Only for whats going to happen this afternoon " I said

" OH no, do you have a lacrosse game because we can reschedule or- " I cut her off.

" No I mean't for our date you goof " I said. THen she laughed at herself.

Mal's POV

After 3rd period we headed to lunch. We got there early so I left lunch to go get something from my locker. As I walked to my locker I saw some couple having a makeout session on my locker. Then when I got closer I saw a Red Polo on the guy and said ' No it couldn't be '. I shoved them out of my way opened my locker and grabbed the note out.

" Mal look it's not- " I cut him off.

" Save it for the blonde " I told him. I dropped the letter on the ground.

" I wrote this for you. Basically all the feelings I had for you. But don't worry there all gone now" As I turned around I saw him pick up the letter. I guess Hayes never really did change.

Hayes POV

When I was walking to lunch I noticed this blonde in the hallway, I had never seen her before.

" Hey I'm Emily I was wonfering if you could help me find my locker ?" She asked. I nodded.

" I guess I have a little time whats your number? " I asked.

" 377 " She replyed. I turned around looking at 377 behind me.

" That couldn't be that's Mal's loc- " I was cut off by her trying to kiss me. Then I felt someone shove us. They had already opened the locker and looked like there were trying to get something out. It was Mal.

" Mal look it's not- " I was cut off by her.

" Save it for the blonde " She said and then dropped some envelope.

" I wrote this for you. Basically all the feelings I Had for you. But don't worry there all gone now." As she walked away I picked up the envelope.

When I got home I tryed to do some homework but my mind was on Malory. I went up stairs and opened my bag. I grabbed the letter and sat on my bed.

     Hayes,

Since 4th grade I never really understood why I hated you. I think I was just jealous. But SHHH don't tell anyone that. I can't wait to get to know you and hangout because I think I've missied through out the years. I have really come to like you. I don't think what people say about you is true. You have really changed. I'd love to play Lacrosse with you on time. You probaly didn't think I Play but I do. I can't wait to go out on our first date. I hope there is more to come.

PS/ I know that this is stupid but I really needed to tell you.

After I read that note I knew that we needed to talk. I couldn't loose Mal I really like her.

Me : Hey can we please talk

Me : Mal Please I really need to tell you something. At the park 4:30

What does hayes need to tell her ? Will Mal foregive Hayes ?
