Number 1. Accept your imperfections, if you don't how can you expect others to. 2 and 3: be kind to yourself and reassess your expectations regularly. 4,5 & 6: eat clean, compliment yourself in moments of doubt & smile through the shit storms. 7,8,9 & 10: disregard the opinions of haters, love with your whole heart, have faith in your judgement & be your own best friend. Number 11 focus on yourself and last but not least be confident in the person you are.
