Chapter 3-vampires

Lucy's POV

It's been 3 years since the attack. Logan just turned twelve. Lily's better. She's back to her normal self. She gets a distant expression if she sees a couple or talk about boyfriends. After the attack we stayed in the bunker for about a month. I had enough money to buy an apartment. I had gotten a few jobs to earn more and here we are 3 years later.

We're living as rouges on a packs territory. We've been careful to hide our scents.

Me and Lily learned that we have powers. We can control the elements, weather, telepathy, speak to animals and many more. I also learned that I was like a god when fighting. My sister doesn't like to hurt others though.

I still haven't found my mate. My wolf Iris tells me not to give up. Today me and my siblings are going to the beach. I have this feeling that something bad was going to happen. I'm sure my sister felt it to. Iris was on edge.

"Hey Lucy hurry up or there's going to be no space!" Logan tells me. I smile at him. I grab my the bags and put them in the car.

"Get in Logan. Where's Lily?"

"She's getting ready!"

"Lily" I yell into the house." Hurry up or your staying here." she squeals. She runs down the stairs and pulls me to the car.

When we get there we immediately get in the water. We didn't have too worry about anything at the moment.

It was dark when we left. It wasn't a very good idea to leave late. I drove over to a McDonalds. We all got out. We ordered, ate, and left. the feeling in my stomach grew. As we walked I smelled blood. I grabbed my brother and sister and pushed them to the car right when two figures jumped out and attacked us. I turned and punched one in the nose and kicked the other in the stomach. I turned to see if my siblings were safe. Somebody had torn the door off the car and grabbed my sister out. I ran to them and grabbed him away from her and punched him hard. I felt someone grab me from behind. I grabbed his hand and flipped him over. the cars alarm went on.

My sister screamed. I whipped around and saw three more people, this time with fangs. Vampires. I flash my fangs at them. They charge. I run forward grabbing one by the neck and kneeing him where the sun does not shine. Doing a roundhouse on the other. I couldn't see the third though. I did a 360. I still couldn't see him. Suddenly the third vampire jumped on me pushing me to the floor. I couldn't get him off. He picked my head up and bit me. I screamed. He kept drinking my blood.

I got idea. I pushed my head back hitting him. He let me go. I just slammed my hand into his chest taking his heart out. His body fell. The others had run away.

"You okay?" I ask Lily and Logan. they both say yeah. I take a step towards them and I collapse.
