Chapter 25-Time

*Hea's POV*

I continue running with Skyler about ten feet behind me.I harness my fire power and hope it hits her.I point two of my fingers behind me hopefully her and let the fire fly.

"Ow!!"

I sigh in relief.I notice a door in front of me.Yes!!Freedom!!!But I look closer noticing its locked.Shit.I load up my lightning and destroy the lock and the door opens.I continue running til I feel a sharp pain in my back.

"Can't run can you bitch?" I try getting up but all that did was make the pain worse.Blood oozed out of my mouth.And it choked me....and all I heard were sirens....as my vision-.

(Author's note:She stops mid sentence cause she is now dead,it's her thought.)

*Ashley's POV*

I walk up the front of my house and ding the doorbell.My dad has a big smile on his face but once he sees Angel it fades.

"Hi dad."

"Will you excuse us for just a moment?" he asks Angel.

"OK sure." My dad drags me inside and shuts the door leaving Angel outside.Stanley and Muffin start barking while Rocky sits patiently at the door.

"Why is he here?"

"He needed a place to stay,his mom is mad at him for some reason.Come on dad I already said he can stay."

"Fine but if any of the dog's bite him,you handle it not me."

"Fine."I open the door and let Angel in.

" Its nice to meet you Mr.Agot."

My dad stares at Angel,clawing at his eyes just by staring.But then he turns and leaves.

"Uuhh did I do something wrong?"

"I don't know."I gesture for him to follow me upstairs and into my room.Better yet I shouldn't even be in here alone with him.He might make a move on me.

" Where do you wanna sleep?"I ask.I hope he'll say the couch.

"Anywhere is okay."The couch it is.Then I lead him back downstairs and point to the couch.

" I'm sleeping there?"he asks disapprovingly.

"You said anywhere."

"Well I did say that.Oh,well thanks," he says.He plants a small kiss on my head and walks to the couch.

Butterflies rush through me even though I got rid of them.Still shocked,I walk back to my room and close the door.I text Healyn everything that happened.Five minutes later she doesn't answer.

Me-Hello

.....10 minutes later

Me-Are you dead

.....15 minutes later

Me-Did you get in trouble?

......20 minutes later

Me-I'll just shut up.

Why the heck isn't she answering?!Eh,she's probably "busy" again.Then I hear a few knocks on the door.

"Yes?"

"There's something you need to see," as my dad opens up his phone and a video pops up.

"Why do you want me to watch this?"

"Just do it." I press play and a T.V. news anchor starts talking about some eleven year old girl's murder.Angel walks into the room with a stunned face.

"Why do you look like you saw a ghost?"

"She's dead."

"Who?" he grabs the sides of my head and makes me face the screen.Everything is going down the drain now.
