Taking my hand in his, Daniel looked at me "I want to be there for you, Caroline. When you feel sad, I want to be the one to hug you, tell it is okay to cry and when you feel happy, I want to join you in your happiness." I looked at him and raised a brow "Are you asking me to marry you now?" I chuckled soft but he looked serious "I want to see where it will go between us, Care. I love you." Daniel admitted and squeezed my hand. "Especially now with the situation with your dad." He smiled weakly. "I want to find out as well." I smiled.
Getting out of bed, we got ready for race day. Luckily I only had to change into clean clothing. Looking into the mirror, I sighed "I look tired. Make-up needed now." I chuckled. Daniel looked at me and smirked "Still beautiful in my opinion."
