Saiki already knew Teruhashi was mad as hell. Saiki already knew Teruhashi had a thing for him, and it was quite annoying.

'UGH! I'll kick her ass if she makes a move on my man!'

Saiki sighed.
'My man? I'm no ones man'

Saiki just grunted to himself, half listening to the lesson.

By the end of the day, Aika was happy. She had made a friend.

Being mute has never helped her in her state of silence, but now, theres a little slice of hope.

Aika walked home, too excited to think of later.

Her and Saiki lived on opposite ends of the neighborhood, so they can't walk home together.

Aika closed her front door, then froze.
Her father came home early from work today.

"What's got you all giddy two shoes, scumbag?" Her father said from down the hall.

She flinched as he placed a hand next to her head, against the wall. Leaning over her, smirking.

"Hey, why won't you tell your daddy?" He chuckled, tucking a piece of her hair behind her ear.
She glared up at him.

"Oh? You're glaring at me, you know your daddy doesn't like that-" he said as he shoved her into the kitchen.

"Get to work. Homework better be done by 10, chores better be done by then also." He growled.

Aika quickly nodded, obeying his orders.

Aika managed to go to school with only one sore arm and a bruise on her cheek again.

It wasn't that rough this time.

Although, Saiki was concerned. Usually, he wouldn't care, but it worries him that Aikas house is outside his 200 meter radius.

So he couldn't figure out how she was getting all these injuries.

Aika sat down at her desk, getting her supplies together.

Saiki turned around to look at her.
'How did you manage to do that?'

Aika sighed. 'I fell down the stairs'

Saiki sighed, turning around again, thinking to himself.
'Lies.'
