Aika walked into the classroom to see Saiki not there.

'Must be running late.'

She sat down at her desk, and opened it, gathering anything she needed, as she was going to reach for her notebook, she stopped, pulling her hand back.

What was Saiki going to say about the other night?? What was he going to say about Aika not showing up to school with him??

Would Saiki despise her? Surly he would..

She closed her desk as she heard the door through the chattering of all the students.

Saiki walked through the door.

Aika looked down at her hands that rested in her lap. She was picking at her nails again.

That's why they always looked so gross. She didn't bite her nails, but when she got anxious she would just pick at them.

Saiki gave Aika a small nod, and curl of his lip as he sat down.

Saiki gave her a small smile and quick nod before he sat down.

It was kinda awkward since the other night, and after school with Teruhashi.

Oh yeah. The author was too lazy to write how that went down.

Turns out Teruhashi was trying to get all romantic and then tried seducing him.

Fun, right?

Saiki still had the sharp metal in his pocket. Aika hasn't said anything to him yet either.

Saiki turned to look at her, and she was just looking down, biting her lip anxiously.

She must be feeling awkward from the other night also. So it isn't just him.

After class, Aika stood up from her seat, and so did Saiki.

He stood up and held out his hand.

'Lunch?'

Aika's lip curled into a smile, and she took his hand.

'Of course..'

Saiki smiled a bit, and Aika didn't question the fact that they were walking down the hall holding hands.

But of course her face flushed as she questioned herself doing it.

Wait, why was her face flushing?? She couldn't like Saiki or anything. Maybe it's probably because it was still a bit awkward.

Saiki couldn't help but let out a small chuckle. Aika looked up.

'What???'

He just smiled.

'You look cute when you're blushing.'
