"Hey? Hellooooo?" Allison waved her hand in front of Lydia's face waking her from her trance "You okay?"

"Uh, ye I'm good" Lydia replied getting out her geometry book out of her locker and closing it shut

"You sure? It's just you've been acting a bit weird lately" Allison said as they walked to class

"How long have Stiles and I been dating?" Lydia asked as she sat down in her seat

"I don't know, 7 months I guess, why are you asking me?" Allison asked

"No reason" she said looking towards the door when Stiles and Scott came trailing in, Stiles stopped to look towards the back of the class and gave Lydia a smile, she gave a small smile back as he sat down in his seat

"Okay obviously something is not okay, Lydia you can tell me, I'm here" Lydia looked at Allison, her face was full of worry and confusion

"It's about Stiles" Lydia gave in

"What about him? Has he done something to you?" Allison asked

"What! No! Nothing like that it's just...."

"Just what?"

"I feel like there's something he isn't telling me" Lydia frowned

"Have you asked him?" she asked

"No, but I'm afraid of the answer" she said as she looked towards the door once again but to see Derek, he was looking at Stiles with the brightest smile, and Stiles was smiling back at him with an even if possible bigger and brighter smile

4 hours later

Stiles and Lydia were walking home arms linked in total silence, it was like that for a while until Lydia spoke up;

"How long have you known?"

"What? Known what?" Stiles smiled at her

"That you like Derek" Stiles stopped walking when she said that

"Lydia I-" Stiles tried just to be cut off by Lydia

"I'm not angry Stiles, I'm just a little confused, why haven't you told me?"

"I didn't know what I was feeling" he shrugged his shoulders

"Stiles I am here for you, before we got together we were friends, we told each other everything" Lydia looked straight at Stiles as he looked at snow that was falling onto the ground "You can tell me Stiles"

"I'm gay" Stiles admitted, he took a breath as he's just told Lydia that, he's never admitted that he's gay, not even to himself, he never wanted to believe it, he took another breath as he sat down on an empty bench near by

"Since when have you known?" Lydia asked sitting beside him

"I don't know really, I've never felt the way I do now for anyone else"

"Am I right, is it Derek?" Lydia asked

"Yeah, it's Derek" he said "Look I am so sorry Lydia, I wanted so badly to be in love with you and get married, and have a family but-"

"I'm not the one you're in love with" she finished his sentence, Stiles nodded "Because you're in love with Derek"

"I don't know, maybe, I'm just scared if I admit it then the worlds gonna screw me over or something, and Derek doesn't feel the same way about me" Stiles said

"Why wouldn't he, I mean look at you, anyone who does not think your hot as hell is stupid" she said

"Is this another way of trying to get in my pants? Cause I'm gay now" Stiles asked with a slight smirk on his lips

"Ha, ha, very funny" Lydia said giving him a light slap on the arm "But seriously, Derek would be stupid not to like you"

"Thank you" he said as he brought Lydia into a hug

New York

"It's been two weeks have you found them yet?" Jacob asked coming into the police station

"I'm gonna tell you what I said an hour ago when you called me; no" Ben said meeting him by his desk "Now are you sure you don't know anyone of your family's phone numbers?"

"No, who remembers phone numbers nowadays" Jacob scoffed as he sat down in James' seat

"Out" James said coming over and pushing Jacob out of his seat

"What about social media?" another police officer said from his desk "You guys talk so loud I couldn't help it"

"That's actually a good idea" Ben said

"I don't see any of my siblings being on social media" Jacob said

"Well it's worth a shot" Ben said typing on his keyboard "Does your mum happen to have a sister called Jenny by any chance?"

"Yeah why?"

"Well Jenny Hale posted a picture saying 'The strongest kids you will ever meet'" Jacob went over to Ben's desk to see and he was telling the truth above the sentence was a picture of Jenny, Derek, Thomas and Cora

"That's them!!! Where are they?"

"I guess we're going to Beacon Hills"
