It's 6:15.

We finally convinced Anthony to let us set up camp.

Under the warm moon, that had finally began to glow, we set up in a small clearing. All in all, it took us till 7pm to be ready to cook dinner. I had gathered many logs and started a fire. The fire crackled softly as we prepared the wild pig. Anthony insisted we tried it. He said there were far too many of them in this forest, one would not be missed. It took him a total of 5 minuets to find and kill one, props to him.

At first I was adamant to eating wild pig, but Jensen said it was fine and very enjoyable. Trusting his judgement, I ate some.

It was Revolting.

It just tasted like normal pork, but mixed with shit.

"How do you like it?" Jensen asked, a little eagerly.

"It's okay." I said, Lying through gritted teeth.

I looked at my plate - then at Jensen's. Mine was still pretty full - Jensen's was empty. How the hell?

"Haha! OMG Lizzie!! it's fricking disgusting!!" Jensen wheezed through hysterical laughter.

Whaaaaaa?

"Your... your face! it was priceless." Jensen was still laughing like a mad man.

Am I missing something?

"It's horrible, Lizzie!"

"If it's so horrible, why have you ate all yours?"

"Firstly, I'm a growing boy who needs to eat; secondly, was hungry; lastly, I've had to come accustom to its vile taste."

"Oh..."

Jensen leaned in close to whisper in my ear. "if your lucky I'll share my crisps with you."

Mmm, crisps! Time to butter him up. "Jensen, you're so cool and nice and genuine and funny and-"

"Kiss arse."

"Don't act like you weren't enjoying my compliments, Jen."

"Tell me that I didn't just hear you call me Jen...?"

"It's your new nickname!"

"Damn, well I can think of one for you...."

I raised my eyebrows, challenging him. "Go on."

"Erm... Beth?"

"Well no one calls me Beth so I'll give you that."

"It's not good enough... Give me till tomorrow, I'll have a better one."

"I'm looking forward to it."

I slept like a log in my own little single tent. Unsurprisingly, it was chilly, but nothing a couple of blankets couldn't fix. Anthony woke me up at 7am, so I was still half asleep.

A small yawn left my body, as Aerial passed me a bowl of something that resembled porridge.

"Thanks."

She smiled and continued to fill her own bowl, before taking a seat next to Anthony on the opposite log to me.

The porridge didn't taste to bad - well it didn't taste of anything for that matter. Yet it was a million times better than that wild pig. Urgh, wild pig. Grim.

After breakfast, I began setting away my tent and packing up my belongings. Before I was interrupted at the sudden sound of Dawson's voice.

"Are you going to ignore me today?"

"Erm... excuse me?"

What was he on? I talked to him loads yesterday - okay so maybe I wasn't very nice - but we still talked - kinda.

"I think you should just admit you're jealous."

Come again? "Come again?"

"You're jealous I had sex with Serena."

Hold up. Did he really just say that? "Erm, i.... what?" I couldn't even conjure up a real sentence.

He stared down at me.

Why was Dawson being like this? "Why... why are you being like this?"

He still stood there, just looking at me.

Damnit, Lizzie. Show him he's not effecting you. Be bold. Yet I still didn't know quite what to say.

Then the sudden feel of power welled in my heart. I felt confident.

"And why in hell would I be jealous of that." I poked him hard in the chest, forcing him to take a step back. "What could possibly make you think I care, let alone feel jealous about it?" Dawson opened his mouth to speak, but I cut him off. "Dawson, we're friends. That's all. Why would you think that"

"I just, I erm, dunno."

Well thanks for the explanation.

"I have to finish packing away, c'ya later."

Then he was gone.

"Good chat, we should do this again sometime." I said quietly to myself.

Dawson was being weird.
