Kaiden ; warrior
London ; fortress of the moon

/ Kaiden's pov /

"Kaiden calm down okay. Yes there is a high chance that you'll find your mate today but you have to calm down okay?" My beta London said.

"I know but I just can't wait to meet her. It took me two years to visit almost all the packs in America and now finally I will meet her" I said and smiled slightly.

London chuckled and patted my shoulder.
"Let's go to the dark moon pack"

/ Diana's pov /

I walked into the open room where our whole pack has been gathered. Everyone turned to look at me and I lowered my head , knowing I was lower then them. All the woman were getting divided in rows on rank. Me being with 2 other girls in the last and lowest row. Both the girls were higher then me but they were lower then the others. Even they looked at me in disgust.

I hoped the alpha of the lunar moon pack would be here soon so he could find his mate and I could hide in my cellar again.

Suddenly the front door opened and I heard hard foot steps approach the room where we all stood. My heart was beating like crazy. Suddenly one of the most beautiful persons I had ever seen came into view.

His hair was dark brown , a little messy and it looked very sexy. His skin was a bit tanned and his eyes were emerald green.

His green eyes searched the room and my breath hitched when they met mine. He started walking towards me and I walked back until I was pinned against the wall with only a centimeter between us.

Suddenly I heard a voice in my head.

'MATE MATE! DIANA HE IS OUR MATE' I heard my wolf Rudi for the first time in 3 years talk to me.

"Mate" I heard the handsome man in front of me whisper.
"What's your name sweetheart" he whispered to me and one of his hands found my cheek. Sparks erupted in my cheek and my stomach went wild with butterflies.

"D-Diana" I stuttered and lowered my head in respect. He is an alpha and I am an omega , I have to respect him and let him know I know that I am below him.

His hand came in contact with my chin and made me look up at him.
"Such a beautiful name for such a beautiful girl" he said and smiled at me

I blushed and smiled a bit. His hands went up and down my arms. He looked down at my arms and frowned.

Oh no , he saw my bruises and wants to reject me now

"Who did this?" He said and looked into my eyes. Tears filled my eyes and I shook my head.

"There is nothing to look at anymore let me talk in private with my mate!" He screamed at the crowd around us and everyone scurried away. My alpha left after giving me a glare of disgust.
I whispered in submission. It made the man in front of me look at me again.

"Sweetheart why did you whimper?" He asked and I shook my head in fear.
"Alright , why don't we go to your room and talk okay?" He said and I nodded , not wanting to disobey him.

He took my hand in his and I led him to my room in the cellar.
When we got there he looked at the door and frowned.
"Is your room in here?" He asked and I gave him a quiet 'yes'. He frowned at me. I opened the door and walked down the stairs. I walked over to my mattress that laid on the ground and I sat on it with my legs crossed.

He looked around with a frown and sat down besides me.
"Why does such a beautiful girl sleep here?" He asked and took my hand in his again. Sparks went trough my arm.
"I-uh w-well , Alpha forced me to sleep here ever since I was 8" I spoke quietly.
"Why would he do that?" He asked and I shrugged.
"He never told me" I said and smiled sadly at him.
