Alpha Kaiden

Chapter 11

/ Kaiden's pov /

My mom arrived not long after my call. She had a first aid kit with her and told me to get a cold , damp towel. I did and once I was back she instructed me to put it in Diana's forehead.

She did some tests, like listening to her heart beat and things like that. My mom was a certified doctor which meant she knew what sh was doing. She got her diploma not long after my dad and her met but she never did anything with it. But in these occasions it came in hand.

"She's perfectly fine, but because her body has been so worn out for the past years she couldn't handle the power of the marking and passed out. She'll wake up soon , probably in about an hour , and when she is she will probably be extremely tired and feel very weak. She will fill as if she has a fever. This will last for a few days and then she should be completely fine again" mom explained and I nodded. I let out a sigh of relief.

"And what do I need to do? To help her" I asked as I stared at the still asleep Diana.
"Just be there for her. Treat her well and take care of her. Make sure she eats and drinks enough and gets enough sleep" she said. I nodded and my mom pulled me in a hug.
"Thank you for calling me sweetheart , now if you or Diana ever need something don't hesitate to call me Alright?" She said.
"I will mom , thank you so much" I said and she kissed my forehead.
"Now take care and let me know when she's awake" she said before kissing my cheek and leaving the house.

I smiled a bit and sat besides Diana, taking her hand in mine. I planted a kiss on the back of her hand. Her hand was so soft. I feel so lucky to have such a beautiful mate. She's the most gorgeous person I've ever seen.

I decided to start some food for when she woke up. I went into the kitchen and started cooking.
I kept on cooking until it was finished and then put the gas down a little. I walked upstairs and sat down besides my beautiful. When my hand grabbed hers she started to stir. Her eyes fluttered open and she smiled brightly at me.
"How are you feeling?" I asked and she threw her arms around my neck.
"Wow! Easy there" I said with a chuckle but hugged her back.
"I feel amazing Kaiden" she said and kissed me in the lips. I smiled at her and pecked her lips again.

"I made you some food so we can eat that and after that you can take a bath if you want" I said and she nodded. I smiled and picked her up, carrying her to the kitchen. In the kitchen I sat her down on a stool at the kitchen island and grabbed her a plate. I filled the plate with food and sat it in front of her. She immediately started eating and it made me smile. I grabbed some food myself and sat down next to her before starting to eat.

When we finished eating i cleaned the dishes and then carried her to the bathroom. I filled the tub with water and was about to leave when she grabbed my hand in hers.
"Join me? Please?" She said with a cute pout that I couldn't resist. I turned around and let her undress first. When she was seated in the tub which was covered with foam I turned back around and stripped off my clothes. I didn't mind if she saw me naked but I didn't want her to feel uncomfortable. I sat down in the tub behind her and let her lay in between my legs , her back leaning against my front. She let out a small sigh of content and I smiled.

"I like this.. everything is so peaceful like this" she said and I chuckled a bit.
"Yeah it is , right?" I said and she nodded.
"Kaiden ... I can't thank you enough for getting me out of that hell hole. Without you, i don't know how much longer I could've handled it" she said with tears in her eyes. Happy tears. I smiled and kissed her lips as she looked up at me.

"I wouldn't want it any other way" I said and kissed her forehead, letting her relax against me again.

/ Diana's pov , later that day /

Kaiden had some pack business to do , since he is still the alpha. Because of that I asked him if he could invite phoebe. I enjoyed being around her a lot. As soon as she came in she looked at me weird before squealing and then hugging me. I was very , And then I mean very , confused.

"Uhhh phoebe?" I asked with my eyebrows furrowed together in confusion.
"HE MARKED YOU OMG I AM SO PROUD OF YOU TWO" she said and hugged me again.
"Yeah he did!" I said while laughing a bit.
"Oh I'm so happy for you!" She said and smiled brightly.

"It was exactly like you told me... well except that I passed out" I said as we took a seat on the couch. Phoebe smiled.
"Yeah I forgot to tell you that. I fainted too" she said and I chuckled.

"Would you like something to drink? Tea? Hot chocolate? Coff- no you are not getting coffee you're already too hyper" I said causing her to laugh. I also started laughing myself
"Alright I want hot chocolate" she said and I walked into the kitchen. I heated some milk and poured some special cacao powder in it. I grabbed some whipped cream and put it on top of the drinks before walking back and handing one cup to phoebe.

We held a friends marathon , which is a show she showed on this app called Netflix. Didn't know it existed before I came here but it's pretty cool! We sipped on our drinks while laughing at the funny remarks.

Not much later Kaiden and Morgan joined us too and we had so much fun together.

I was so grateful for everything they had given me already.

After phoebe and Morgan left, Kaiden and I changed into our sleep clothes. Mine consisted of a pair of silk shorts and a shirt of Kaiden and his was a simple shirt with a sweatpants.

We laid in bed , cuddling and talking. Nothing much but I enjoyed it , a lot. It was something that I had always dreamed would happen , but never thought it actually would.

"We should make you the official Luna of the pack soon, with a ceremony and that you meet the pack. They have all been very inpatient to meet you. But only when you're ready of course" he said and I smiled up at him.
"I'm ready as long as you are with me" I said and kissed his lips. He kissed back and then pulled back with a smile.
"We have some little kids in the pack , who are adorable may I add , and they are so excited to meet you! Every time I see them they are like 'alpha when will you finally let us meet Luna?" Like every single time" he said with a chuckled and it made me smile brightly.

"I can't wait to meet them. They sound very adorable" I said and snuggled closer to Kaiden.
"They are! Although they can be a little annoying sometimes , but hey! They're kids! It's what they are supposed to do" he said happily. I chuckled at his comment.
"Yup that's exactly what kids are supposed to do" I said and chuckled.

I yawned a bit and again snuggled more into Kaiden's chest.

"Are you tired already?" He said and I nodded.
"You wouldn't think that after you just slept for hours when you passed out" he said as a joke.
"Screw You" I said and pouted.
"I was just kidding" he said with a smile.
I turned my back to him and ignored him.
"Dianaaaaa im sorry it was just a joke" he said and I tried not to laugh so hard.
"Pleaseeee sweetheart , I'm really sorry" he said and I bursted our laughing.

"It's fine! I'm not really mad , just wanted to scare you a little" I said and kissed his nose. He smiled a bit and kissed my lips..
"Now we can sleep if you want" he said.
"Yes please" I said with a nod and while yawning. Kaiden and chuckled and then planted a kiss on my forehead.
"Goodnight beautiful" he said and I smiled, my eyes already starting to drop closed.

"Goodnight Kaiden" I said before the very much needed sleep finally overtook me.
