Monday had once again came to ruin my week. Running through the corridors, I clenched onto the strap of my bag, ''I'm late, I'm late, I'm late..'' I told myself as I spend through the now empty hallways. Reaching my classroom, the professor had already started the class.

Good thing for me, our teacher is a kind man and had let me get inside. I lowered my head down as I ignore my classmates eyes lingering from side to side. Once I finally settled in, My classmate, Jonathan greeted. "You're early," he chuckled as I shrugged, pulling out my book.

Jonathan then leaned closer, "I heard that Craig's actually admitting it." My paused for a sec, trying to work my mind on it, "wait, what?" I asked still confused. Craig just smiled to himself, You haven't heard of it yet? (classmate's [girl] name) had found out through a group chat.

I closed my eyes before pulling out my phone, heading through the group messages, I scanned through the people who have read them, and there it was, (c/n). She's another classmate whom Craig is pretty close with. They're probably closer than we are...

I wiped a tear off, Jon looked at me worriedly, "You alright (y/n)?" He asked politely, I gave him a smile and a small nod. "yeah, yes... I just, whew! It's hot in here, isn't it?" I tried to ignore the subject, Jon then placed a hand on my arm, "(y/n), You do know that winter is just around the corner..." He spoke that made me smile in embarrassment. 'Great job (y/n), You really nailed in making an excuse for that one!'

I shook my head and we got back to listening to our teacher. I really need to get my game straight.

Not soon, lunch came. "Hey (y/n)!" (C/n) greeted as she flipped her hair, she's the type of girl that every boy in the school falls for. She's energetic, high in spirits, rapper, sassy, classy...

"Hey," I greeted back as I opened my lunch box. "you heard about Craig, right?" She then waved the phone in front of me, "yep, I was there when he said it." I answered a bit sarcastic but luckily, she dismissed it.

"Yeah, now I finally have something to blackmail him for!" She rejoice to herself, I answered with a 'mmhmm..' as I took a bite. Trying to ignore my gut twisting.

"Hey (c/n), hey (y/n).." A familiar voice came as we both looked towards the source, Craig came in with a smile on his face. "Hey," we both said. Craig then sat across me along with (c/n). Not soon, she took out her phone and waved the screenshot on his face, "I know you have a crush on (r/n)~" she sang, Craig went silent for a moment before answering,

"Yeah, the whole class do. And it ain't a secret. I admit it." He said, I cough out a bit before drinking the water, taking down three giant gulps, I stood up and excused myself, "I'll be going, my mom's calling me, be right back," I spoke and proceeded to get inside the female washroom.

Staring myself at the mirror, I opened the faucet and began washing my face, "alright (y/n), keep it together. You can do this."
