" Park Jimin, detention after school. " Mrs. Seo said, annoyed at the sudden late appearance of one of her students.
Not paying attention to her, he strolled over to his seat and slumped down in daze.
Taehyung sat next to him, he nudged his dazed friend.
" what happened to you? " Taehyung asked in a hushed tone.
Jimin didn't answer because he, himself have no idea what happened.
One moment he was all over that girl, Miryuu to let out some frustrations. Next moment, He's slapped and pushed off, the girl storming out of the janitor's closet.
He leaned back on his seat, staring at practically nothing as he recalled his mistake in calling names.
I can't believe I called out Haeran's name when I was making out with Miryuu.
He found himself slowly facepalming at the memory.
Haeran was peacefully reading the literature book, the paragraph where she had to read it before the teacher starts asking questions about what they understood.
She felt someone poking her upper arm, she painfully tore her eyes from the book to meet Hoseok's bright eyes.
" I want to introduce you my friend, Namjoon ! " Hoseok said with a smile on his face. Haeran and Hoseok were seatmates. And since this class has to allow discussing among students, they can talk freely as long as it's not loudly.
" Hello, I'm Kim Namjoon. " the attractiveness of his smile wasn't left unnoticed by Haeran.
Why are those humans so beautiful? She questioned herself mentally.
" Yoon Haeran " Haeran let out with a small awkward smile.
" I know, we've been classmates for the past 3 years " Haeran blinked in astonishment. Guessing the shock wasn't too oblivious, the two males chuckled.
" It's ok, we haven't talked before really " Namjoon excused.
" O-oh " She stuttered. " um .. it's nice to meet you " she let out.
" likewise. " the change was so evident in her. Namjoon knew of her family circumstances. He saw her all bruised many times, heard so many odd rumors about her.
But the only thing he believed was that she had a sad, depressing life. It's a good thing she's changing for the better and becoming more comfortable with her surroundings. Or even talking to him.
" Do people change easily? " the teacher slammed his book on his desk, his eyes narrowed at his student that flinched by the sudden impact.
" Can love, really last? " he asked loudly, pacing around.
" Can a person change for their beloved ones? "
" Or can that beloved one change for the sake of him or her? "
