My POV)

I woke up to the sound of Jack screaming. I snap up and turn on the light.

"Top o' the mornin' laddie. Time to wake up!"

"Jack!" I say.

He gets up and turns off his phone, resting it on his chest.

"I hate your alarm," I say. I turn off my alarm and get up, grabbing clothes for today.

"I made that a while ago and I never changed it." His Irish accent deep and thick.

"If your taking me to school, we should get ready." I grab my clothes and go to the bathroom. I change into a pair of black ripped-jeans that are faded near the bottom, a pair of dark-blue high-top converse, a white shirt that says, 'My brain is 80% song lyrics', my band hoodie and my red beanie.

I brush my teeth and my hair, sliding my beanie on top of my frizzy poof-ball. I put on some chap-stick and go back into my room, knocking and then entering.

Sean was dressed in black jeans and a red t-shirt, wearing his white-speckled beanie.

"Let's go down stairs and get ready," I said. He nods and follows me through the house, being conscious to not wake up my mom and dad.

I go into my brother's room and tell him to wake up, leaving out the part that people are here.

We go down the stairs, being careful not to wake up Mark and Tyler, making our way to the kitchen.

I grab some cereal and milk, pouring us both a bowl. I make us coffee and we watch The News.

It was supposed to be chillier this morning, so I was lucky with my outfit choice.

I finish my Reese's Puffs and my coffee, so I get up and put our dishes in the dishwasher. After that, I put my phone in my backpack, along with my book and my keys. I make sure my homework is in it, then zip it up.

"Ready to go?" I ask. He looks at the time and stares at me in awe.

"You go to school this early?" He asks. It was currently 5:55, which meant I had time to get Starbucks.

"Unless you don't want Starbucks, then we can wait here for- "

"Starbucks it is!"

I laugh and I turn off the alarm, allowing us to get out of the house.

I go upstairs, quietly and I shake my brother awake.

"You're going to be late for school," I said. He jolts up and turns on his light.

"Also, be quiet. There's someone sleeping on the couch and I don't want him to be woken up."

He nods and gets up, allowing me to leave.

"Just had to wake my brother up," I said as we went out the door, bag in hand.

"I'll drive to Starbucks and school, so you know how to get home."

"Okay, B. Lead the way!" He bows a bit and I roll my eyes, opening the car to allow us in.

I start the car and go to Starbucks.

"What do you want?" I ask. He thinks for a moment then answers, "Iced coffee, light ice." I nod and we head in, getting our drinks and then paying.

"Well, 6:30 and out of Starbucks is a new record," I say, taking a sip of my Vanilla-bean Frappuccino.

"Well, it really isn't that busy at this time in the mornin'." He was right.

I get in the car and we make our way to school. It was a short ride, so by the time I got there, people were just barely arriving.
