Recap from chapter 6: Chase is determined to find Skye. He runs up the mountain and sees her two hours later. They fall asleep under a tree with a little fire.
Chase had the same dream he had two nights before. He felt that he was actually there. He could remember the dream exactly. He was standing on the lawn in front of the lookout. He was watching Skye play tag with the other pups as he stood in the dull shade of a big and healthy tree. He wanted to play with them too, so he started walking towards them. Then Skye looked at him with a worried expression, yelling at him.
" Chase, look out!!!", She yelled as if someone was behind Chase, turned out she was right.
