"And that's how it is done." Katherine smirked as the two men lie on the ground dead. Damon hid his horror as Roman dragged the bodies away hiding them deep in the woods. "Why is Roman here?" Damon asked eyeing his brother. "Please Roman's helped me kill plenty of people in this town already." Katherine smirked as Roman shot a wink to his brother starting his walk back to the estate.

"Katherine." Roman mumbled struggling to lift his head. His eyes adjusted to the bright light, realizing he was in some motel room. "Good you're awake." Anna glared walking over to him. Roman's eyebrows furrowed in confusion as he saw his daylight ring in Anna's hand. With a smirk she pulled back the curtain, the sun hitting Roman's skin as he let out a grunt. "You'll have to do better than that, I've endured worse." Roman growled, as the vampire in the corner looked horrified. "Jesus Anna." He gaped. "Shut up Ben." Anna glared closing the curtain as Roman let out a small sigh of relief. The girl walked over to him shoving a syringe of vervain into his neck. "What's the point of this?" Roman panted out barley being able to hold his eyes open. "Well you're the only one who knows the truth about Katherine and the tomb, and if your brother knows he'll stop wanting to open it. If you're here they don't find out." Anna smirked. "And when they realize I'm missing?" "They won't." Anna laughed at the boy. Roman felt a pang of hurt in his chest. "What's that supposed to mean?" "Please Roman you've always been the forgotten brother." Roman looked down at his feet as Anna laughed. "Come on even you thought it." "Just stop Anna." Roman whispered out, his arms beginning to ache as darkness pulled at his eyes.

"Have you thought any more of what I've said?" Pearl asked Katherine as Roman stood at her side with his hands behind his back. "We'll leave soon, Pearl, I promise. I need to take care of a few things first." Roman smirked at the glaring woman, as did Katherine. "You're going to turn all of them, aren't you?" Pearl asked as Roman chuckled. "Of course she is." Katherine smiled devilishly at her friend. "Please be careful." Pearl begged Katherine. "We'll all be safe. I promise."

Roman winced as he opened his eyes once again, his skin feeling like sand paper. However he noticed Damon talking to Anna and hope sparked in his chest. "Damon, please." Roman whispered out. Damon looked at him with guilty eyes as he sighed. "Sorry baby brother, maybe next time."
