Selena just recently moved to America when she meets Jack and Ryan, two mysterious but attractive boys, in her new school. The both of them are not as innocent as it might seem....
THIS IS A YANDERE STORY
Our whole class was standing on the edge of the forest, ready to start with the competition. The whole ordeal with Midori was not yet settled but our teachers were ambitious and convinced the principal that it was better to let us participate, to get our mind off things. Even if Maya and I were not in the same group we planned to meet up secretly.
"Hey, Selena!" Jack waved me over to him. He just got the instructions and the material from our teacher. I hurriedly hugged Maya and ran over to him. "Okay, this is everything we need but we also have some additional gear with us." Jack pointed at the two big backpacks beside him. "This is the map with our location. We've got a good position near a river. On the back is everything we have to do. It looks pretty easy." He said and put the map into my hands.
Jack himself put on one of the backpacks when his brother and Pete, a tall, black haired guy with yellow eyes came over to us. "Can you really carry the heavy backpack or do I have to do that for you?" mocked Pete. "You have to look out for the tree roots so you don't stumble and fall!" Jack mocked back and went to the start line with me.
"When I say three you begin running. ONE..." the principal began. "TWO..." Ryan and Pete were now standing behind us. "THREE!" Jack began to run, but I was faster. I glided through the undergrowth with agility and tried to find the river we were supposed to camp at. When I heard the sound of running water I stopped for a second and breathed deeply in and out.
The boys arrived shortly after me. The Johnsons had to carry the backpacks and Pete was just that slow. "Worn out already?" I asked and drank a bit of water. "Not really. Okay, if we follow the river upwards we should get to our camping point." Jack said and looked at the map that I held up. "How about you two go ahead and I follow with the lady?" Pete asked. As if I would lag behind, with him no less!
I saw the worried looks the brothers exchanged with each other.
"Come on Selena, we'll go ahead!" Ryan said and put an arm around me. I wanted to slap him so badly but Pete had to see that he shouldn't touch me. When we were a bit away from the other Ryan pulled off his hoodie and put it on his shoulders. He was wearing a tank top under it. OF COURSE, he had to show off his muscles! But I should've expected that.
I ran some steps ahead when I almost fell because of a root. Ryan caught the back of my jacket in the last second on pulled me back onto my feet. "Do you need help, Miss Blackmoon?" he asked with a husky voice. He put an arm around my waist and I let him, for now. "Let's look at the map, maybe we passed the spot already." he said, I opened the map and Ryan leaned against me. "Nope, we're at the right place." Ryan let his backpack fall on the ground and began to stretch a little. >Could he please stop with showing off?!"
An eternity later the rest of our group arrived and we began setting up the camp.
Ryan's POV (An hour earlier)
I walked over to my little brother, who seemed to discuss something with Selena, together with Pete. "I like the girl. Which one of you does she belong to?" Pete asked and looked my property up and down. "Nobody for now, BUT..." I responded with a warning undertone. Pete apparently understood that he had to keep his hands off her.
A whistle signed the beginning of the competition and everyone ran into the woods. The backpack was heavier than I thought but I kept up with Jack easily. But Selena was nowhere to be seen. I just hoped we didn't lose her.
Note to self: She can run really damn fast.
Luckily, she stopped sometime and we caught up to her. "Worn out already?" she asked and drank a bit of water. Her shirt was sweaty but she didn't look any less attractive. "Not really. Okay, if we follow the river upwards we should get to our camping point." my little brother answered and looked at the map. Then Pete finally caught up. He really had no stamina. "How about you two go ahead and I follow with the lady?" Pete asked and ran his fingers through his hair. Oh, he wouldn't! I exchanged a look with my brother and he confirmed. He would deal with Pete.
"Come on Selena, we'll go ahead!" I said and put an arm around my property. I saw Pete getting angry but I couldn't care less. When we were far enough from the other I decided to show off a little. I took off my hoodie and put it on my shoulders so Selena could see my muscles. She looked at me, but I couldn't decipher whether she liked it or not.
We began to walk again when she almost fell. This woke my instincts and I caught her. "Do you need help, Miss Blackmoon?" I asked in a husky voice. I pulled her closer and put my arm around her again. She felt extremely soft against me. "Let's look at the map, maybe we passed the spot already." I said, just to get even closer to her. "Nope, we're at the right place." I put the backpack down and stretched a bit. Selena sat down on the ground until the two slowpokes finally arrived.
