Laksh was calming down when his phone rang. His anger which was coming down shooed up seeing the call. It showed Ma calling, only Ragini’s insult and her crying face appeared in front of him. He disconnects the call, and she kept calling again and again. With much difficulty, he prevented himself from breaking the phone.

Here Ragini was eagerly looking at her phone, but the phone remained silent, she was getting sadder by every passing second. She sighed.

Both of them were in their own world and the calling bell rang. Ragini went to open the door and Laksh too came to see who came.

Both were stunned to see Shekar and Janki standing at the door.

“My Papa is everything for me” Laksh remembered Ragini’s words and immediately hides and hopes everything will get fine between them.

“Ragini, the choice is yours, either me or Laksh?” Ragini closes her eyes miserably.

Rag:  Choice is not mine, it is your Papa, and you have to choose whether you will support your daughter or will leave her alone.

Shekar was angry.
Shek: If you consider me as your Papa, then come with me.

Rag: I am sorry Papa, I can’t come with you.

Shek: Then forget that you have parents; we are dead for you from now.

Ragini and Janki are shocked.

Janki looks painfully at Ragini, she smiles understandingly. Shekar and Janki leave from there.

Ragini tried many ways to contact them. But neither of them attended her calls, she went to their house but Shekar closed the door at her face.
For the past two months she was carving for their love and support, and today they are here, right in front of her. Ragini looked at them emotionally.

Shekar and Janki looked at her with guilt in their eyes.

Shek: Beta I am,

Before he could complete, Ragini hugged him tightly. Three of them cried.

Rag: No Papa, please, don’t say sorry. You were not a mistake.

Shek: No beta, I am, when you needed me the most, I didn’t support you rather I…

The nodes smilingly.

Shek: I am really proud of you beta, you kept your word, and stood by Laksh.

He kissed her head, she smiles.

Janki: So now I am no one huh?

They smile and hug her. Laksh smiles seeing them.

Janki: You are right beta, Laksh is the best choice for you.

Rag: (proudly) He has to, after all, my Papa chose him.

Shek: You proved my choice right beta.

She smiles.
Rag: But Papa, because of me Laksh,

Shek: No beta, it is not because of you, it is for you.  And there is a huge difference between these two.

She smiles.
Rag: But Papa how do you,

Shek: Adarsh called me.

Janki: Ragini, where is Laksh?

Rag: Inside Ma, I will just call him, you two come in.

She led them inside and calls Laksh. He comes to them. Three of them were guilty and couldn’t look into the latter’s eyes. Ragini sighs.

Rag: Ma, Papa Laksh, you three talk, I will get tea for you.

Janki: I too will come beta.

Rag: No Ma, you be here.

She leaves. There was complete silence, after some time:

Lak: Pa, Papa I am sorry.

Shek: No beta, it was never your fault, I am sorry.

Lak: No Papa please, if not because of me, she wouldn’t,

Shek: No Laksh, you never forced her on anything, it was always her decision, marrying you, standing by you, and everything. She chose it.

Lak: But Papa, she was almost in the edge of depression, it was all for me, just that I won’t go into depression, she,

Shekar was looking at Laksh curiously, and they both laughed.

Lak: What is happening between father and daughter?

Jan: leave it Laksh, they are always like that, I  am always left alone.

Lak: Don't worry Ma, I am with you.

Shek: yes, only a monkey can befriend another monkey.

Jan: (taking cushion in hands)  You called me a monkey?

Shek: not you, Laksh.

Jan: You called my son monkey!
She started to beat him and raglak laughed seeing this.

After a while, Shek-Jan leaves.
Laksh side hugs Ragini and they smile at each other.

Ragini keeps her head on her chest.
Rag: (thinking) Now we got our one family back, I just want the other too, so that your smile becomes a complete one.

She hugs him and he too hugs her back.
