—Y/n's P.O.V—
His eyes expressed fear and hope. Everlasting pain.
I lower my head, noticing my heart hammering furiously against my chest, desperately trying to calm myself.

I've never felt such fear before.

What am I doing?

Along—

"Finally met up with your conscience, I see..."
Suddenly I feel his hand grab my wrist, pulling me towards him. I look up, attempting to pull away. My confidence fading.

"Let's make a deal." He suggested.

"What?" I responded still trying to pull away.

I could feel the sweat begin to bead on the back of my neck—tears lurking below the surface. My breaths becoming, faster, more frantic.
I look to him. I can't breathe. I can't think.

"I saved you from that man, ridding him from the world."

"I never asked-"

"You owe me your life."

"You killed someone a-and I can't let that go away without consequences. This isn't a deal." I argued. He growled; finally letting me go with a stumble and almost began to scratch his neck but stopped.

He stood there in silence for a good 10 seconds before turning back to me with glee in his voice.
"You want something in return, correct?"

Making a deal with someone that tried killing me, my brother, and all his friends sounds insane. Everyone seems to make him out to be a huge deal and what if I end up dead if I still reject this option. Even though I'm not a hero in training, maybe this can make up for all my lost dreams.

"You a-aren't allowed to hurt anyone for as long as I keep giving you t-this energy."

Without hesitation, he hugged me.
The smell of death made me want to gag as he squeezed me with his arms.
I can feel his hot breath against my skin; I wanted to scream and cry.

"Deal!"

He steps back, getting a better view of me. His eyes widening. His personality changed so suddenly.

"Bye, Y/n."

In a blink of an eye, the child stuck in a man's body disappeared.
I stood there, my eyes stuck to the city lights from the view, my thoughts swarming with regrets.

What the hell just happened?

What did I do?

...

The weight I have been trying to lift off my chest was getting heavier and heavier to pull back up.

I force myself to move, speed walking down the halls and out of the school, ignoring passing students. As I got closer to the exit, I began to run. I couldn't wait to get out of this school, this place. The walls start to close in.

"Watch out!" It was late to realize the person in front of me once I was sent falling to the floor.

"I am s-so sorry!" I cry, shaking.

"Are you okay?!" I look up to see Kirishima helping me off the ground, worried for me. I catch my breath, clenching his hand in mine. Oh god, please stop shaking.

"I'm okay, t-thank you-"

Let go of his hand!

Once I let go of his hand, I turned towards the exit, but my arm was caught in Kirishima's grasp.

"Y/n..."

I didn't turn back but froze. I don't want to be here anymore. I just wanna leave, please. He got closer to me.
"What happened to your neck?-"

I shove Kirishima away once I felt his gentle touch on my neck, making him let go immediately. He was shocked, trying to calm me, but I resisted.
I couldn't talk; I couldn't cry. I turn around, running to the exit.
