~Your POV~

"Ok, ok, ok. I'm sorry just please don't take me back home. I'm really trying to make myself at least seem like a better person." I said to the police officer from the back of the car.

"Kid, for the last time. I'm talking you back. And you're staying in those hand cuffs until I say so." He said.

"Ughhh."

I sat back and stared out the window.

I saw stark tower from here.

Oh shit. Here comes another lecture.

I hated lectures from my dad. He always gave the worst ones and there were soooo boring.

The officer pulled up and got out of the car. He came back and yanked me out of the car.

"Ow. Ok, chill I didn't commit that bad of a crime." I said.

"You spray painted your high school. You definitely did something that bad." He said.

I rolled my eyes. He walked me inside and went right to the elevator. He pushed the button for the top floor, where my dad always was.

We arrived at the floor and walked out. We saw everyone sitting around and talking. I even saw Peter but I ignored that.

"Mr. Rodgers. I have your daughter....again." The officer said.

They all looked over and my dad stood up. He walked over to me and sighed. He crossed his arms.

"What'd she do now?" He asked.

"Spray painted the High school." The officer said.

Everyone came and walked over to listen from behind. I never looked away.

"Why? Just why?" He asked.

"I don't know. Just all I ask is that you don't give me another lecture. Those kill me and-"

"Ok first of all, you're getting a lecture. Second of all, you're grounded for three months. And why would you do that?"

"Hypothetically speaking-"

"And I'm gonna stop you right there. Every time you start a sentence like that all you do is lie." He said.

"Well can you at least take these hand cuffs off me?" I asked.

The officer reached for the keys, but my dad stopped him.

"No no. Leave them on. Bring her with me." He said.

"Peter come on." My dad said.

I groaned and rolled my eyes. The officer took me with them. Peter walked along next to me.

We arrived to a room that was empty. My dad took the hand cuff keys. He opened one of them by held my wrist back. There was a few poles placed in the giant room. He brought me over to one of them and wrapped my arms around it and shut the cuffs.

"Seriously dad? Why?!" I yelled.

"Cause you need to learn." He said, "Look I know you hate the kid, now I'm leaving you in a room with him."

I groaned again. I sat down on the ground. I looked down. My dad and the officer left.

Peter stood there for a second, until he sat in front of me. I ignored him. I was focused on getting the handcuffs off my wrists.

"So...." peter said.

I sighed.

"Do you even like me?" I asked.

"What?" He asked.

"Do you like me as a person? Nobody does so I wanna know if you actually like me." I said.

"Y-Yeah you're pretty cu- I mean n-nice. You're p-pretty nice." He said.

I chuckled.

"Why don't you l-like me?" He asked.

"To be honest, I do." I said.

"What?"

"I like you. In fact, more than just friends. I have for a while now I just needed to keep my reputation going that's all. I care about myself before boys." I said.

He smiled a little bit. I finally got the handcuffs off.

"I-i like you, more than a friend, too." He said.

I smiled.

"Maybe we should get to know each other more." I said.

"Y-Yeah that'd be great." He said.

I held the hand cuffs and stood up. I walked toward him and dropped the cuffs.

"Now I've got a dad to yell at for leaving me in those hand cuffs." I said.

"Wait how'd you even get out?" He asked.

"I've been in hand cuffs so much, you just learn to ropes. Bye Parker!" I called and them turned and ran out.

That kid's pretty cute.
