Chapter 7: Winning you over.

"Son." King Dorephan was having a 'private chat' with Sidon. It was about you and how he is happy that Sidon is actually living life now, but worried that he is being lead astray by jealousy or desires.
"You have to realise that ___ is probably just trying to not cause you any harm! She didn't mean what she said in any bad way"

It had been two days since you ran off on Sidon, the fare was in two days maybe three if Sidon could push it. He thought you may had liked him back. Perhaps a Hylain princess could never fall in love with a Zora prince. Perhaps he should let Link win.

"Should I give up? Let Link win?"
Taking a long sigh he looks up to his father.
"No! Definitely not. I haven't seen you as happy with someone since Mipha or your mother and that was quite some time ago. I think you need to be straight with her, see what's going on inside that head of hers!" The King loved you, as if you were family. Seeing you and his son together would make him over the moon! But if you're heart was with another he could do nothing.

Sidon was shocked. His father wanted you and him to be together! He was actually over joyed. "Father! That means so much to me that you love ___ as much as I do!" Sidon could dance he was so happy, he had to find you right away.

Dorephan gave Sidon permission to run around the domain in search for you. Sidon looked everywhere! Your bedroom, his bedroom (not sure why), the dining hall, shops! Rivers! You were no where, unfortunately he noticed that Link was also gone too. He couldn't loose, not now.

The one place he knew where you may be was the top of the largest waterfall. It was night now, the stars shining so brightly, it would make perfect sense for you to be there at this time.
*splash*
Sidon did an impressive flip out of the waterfall and onto the path. He thought no one would be watching but you saw him from where you were perched. He looked so handsome...so tall, strong and serious.
'He must be here to see the stars too.' You thought.

"___? Are you here.?" Sidon called out your name a few times. Why didn't you answer?! Heart racing, breathing fast. You were nervous, as much as you had tried you knew you loved him. It would take some time for you to fall out of this love.
You noticed Sidon sigh and begin to leave.

"NO!" You cried. Running out from your hiding spot you stood by the water. The moons light reflecting off the waves  and a bittersweet breeze of wind gave you a chill but you had no care for that.
"Y-you need me..?"
Looking down you saw the Prince shocked expression.
"That's were you hiding?! Seriously that's in plain sight how didn't I see you?" Thats all he said?! He can be so silly some times.

"Look.___" Sidon walked towards you his eyes never left your own and a very serious tone came over him. One you hadn't even heard before.
"I-I'm sorry if you don't want to talk to me, or if you don't feel anything for me but..."
Holding you hand he takes a deep breath.
"But..?" You whisper

"Crown princess of Hyrule ____. I must confess."
Blushing like mad you prayed to any God out there that he would say he loved you or something mushy like that.
"Since I was a young Zora. I have admired you tremendously. Now that I'm older, I can see that this is love. My heart burns when I see another guy try and take you away, I want to be able to step in and say 'she's mine!' Does that make sense..?" He said this so fast you had to catch up for a moment.

Taking the silence as a negative answer he nods and says "It's okay. A Hylian princess should love someone of her own kind. I understand."
You hugged him. It's the only thing you could do! No words left your mouth even when you wanted to try! Nothing. You just held him close while he got used to your head on his abs. You hoped it would be soft but damn he really works out!

"Sidon... I share the same feelings as you do. I'm Just afraid." It had been 5 minuets and you had gotten some confidence. He was holding your hand while you lay your head on his lap, looking up at the stars. It was like something out of a play.

"A-afraid of what? I mean it's wonderful you like me back! I couldn't be happier but your concerns are serious to me." Giving your hand a squeeze you smiled sweetly. This felt meant to be, natural even!
"I cannot give you heirs..."

"Wait that's your problem?!" Sidon sat you up and laughed while moving your hair out of your face.
"Don't even go there! ___ you can give me heirs don't worry" kissing your forehead, sidon couldn't get over that the only thing stopping you wasn't Link it was her fear for his own crown. He felt proud actually.

"You mean there are ways...we can..?" You stammer nervously. 'How embarrassing' you thought going red.
"Yes! I don't think going into it now is a good idea but yes we can have children together"
You squealed with joy and wrapped your arms around him. Pulling away Sidon smiled, there was only two questions he had to ask.

"I must ask ___. Does this mean you will be mine?" Slowly closing the gap between you two, you nodded and bit your lower lip. "A-and...will you be my valentines..?" Sidon manages to get out the last question before letting your noes' touch and leaned on your forehead.

"Of course! Hehe silly!" Overflowing with excitement, you lean in to kiss them lips but he had already done so.
Hand on your waist and another cupping your cheek, Sidon's lips met with yours.
You felt like this was a teenage romance, yeah you were older than Zelda but you weren't 20 yet! Sidon was probably 120 by now! But 100 years isn't too bad right?

Contemplating if this should be the last chapter or if I should do chapter eight on you getting ready for the valentines fare and chapter nine on the actual dat itself. I'll give it a think not like you're bothered now haha!
