I woke up easily. I stretched up and down. I yawned and scratched my head. My eyes were still closed as I thought , “ Maybe yesterday was all just a crazy, illusive dream.” Well I thought that until I opened my eyes. I was not in my room. I was in a lovely white bed with lace everything. The room was a light blue with two large windows to my left. There was a huge desk with a laptop on it across from the bed I was in. I scratched my head. I looked to my right to see the colossal closet. And when I mean colossal, I mean that is was big enough to take up ¼ of the room. I opened my mouth in shock.
I got off the soft bed. My legs were shaking. I looked down to my feet, and realized something important. I was not wearing my pajamas. I was wearing a silk dress with ruffles at the top and bottom. My clothes, though, were not my main priority. I wanted to know where the hell I was!
I was creped out. I gradually made it to the door. I opened the cherry wood door to see outside of the room, I saw two more doors. One on my right the other on my left. Across the hall was a spiral stair case. It went down to the 1st level. I tried to make no sound making it to the stairs. It was hard because my legs were still shaking. I made my way down the creaky stairs
To my left was a large living room with a flat screen T.V showing to news .I walked into the room and there sitting in a recliner was a man. I was froze to where I was.
He looked up to me. His hair was dirty blonde he had sun yellow eyes.
“Good Morning, Nessia ,” He greeted nicely. I could still not move, the only thing that came out of my mouth was , “ H-How do you know my name?” It didn’t feel like he was going to hurt me, but I stood my ground.
“Well, everyone knows you, come here and see,” He stated motioning me to come over and sit down. I slowly made my way to the couch next to his recliner.
He took a newspaper from the coffee table in front of him. He through it on my lap. I looked at him confused.
“Just read the headline,” he said pointing at the newspaper. I looked at it, it read, “ 12 Year old Girl Murdered by Precarious Animal!” My eyes widened, I wanted to cry! The man patted me on the back. I looked at him with depression in my eyes. It was no dream.
“And now the story that have people wondering what exactly happened, a 12 year old girl was found dead in her next door neighbor’s yard,” The newswomen’s voice echoed though my ears. I looked at the T.V in shock. “I’m not dead!” I thought , “ Maybe it’s another girl, yeah, yeah, maybe it’s just another 12 year old girl!” The news lady continued.
“Nessia Connor was found dead.” “Um..,” I thought , “ Maybe there’s another Nessia Connor.” I started listening again.
“….By her parents Shaundra and Jack Connor.” “Oh my God! Am I dead? Am I like a zombie or something?” I toke note of the news lady again.
“The Connor’s miserably called the police. Dan Shernwell took the body into his hands to properly take care of…” The man interrupted.
“I literally toke it into my hands,” the man in the chair smiled at me. I continued to watch the news.
“…But Nessia isn’t the only person to be harmed by this mysterious animal. Annie Eliman , her next door neighbor, is a survivor of this animal, and was there when Nessia passed, she’s willing to tell us what she remembers for that night.”The screen showed Mrs. Eliman! I was in utter shock. She looked basically the same. Kaitlin didn’t kill her, she changed her! Mrs. Eliman finally spoke.
