Quirk- he just discovered it, it's called wound transportation. It lets the user move there wounds to another body or the other way around
Weakness- he gets headaches after using the quirk, and sometimes he will cough up blood if he uses his quirk too much. Also the amount of blood loss from the wound will not transfer, after he uses it, it leaves a rash.
Other- koshi is very clingy to either, Izuku, bakugou or your oc
