Personality; Rio is an interesting nutcase, she's very jumpy and hyper. She enjoys teasing others but doesn't like it when people tease her. Rio loves getting and giving attention. She's surprisingly great with little kids and babysitting. Rio is flirty to most of the boys in her school but knows when to stop. Although she may not look like it she's very insecure about herself at all, she can easily shut others out, and keep them out for a long time.
