During the eating of their meals, Peter still answered the questions of MJ's family. They never let go of their hands, holding them tight and squeezing them time to time. Michael listened to them, eating his pasta. He then turned to face MJ, and smiled at her, which she returned.
"MJ.", he whispered, taking MJ's attention.
His sister turned to face him, and nodded. They both then stood up, having the looks from Peter, May and their parents. With a gesture, MJ showed her mother that Micheal needed to use the bathroom. Cassandra nodded, and the siblings took off.
They walked trough the crowded ways, filled with thousands of conversations about anything. Micheal hold her hand, not liking the thought of being alone in an unknown place. When they finally reached the Bathroom, MJ assured her brother that she was waiting here for him.
"MJ, hey, what are you doing here?", a voice behind her asked. She turned around to face Ned. "I wasn't sure if that was you, just having seen the back of you.", he added, nervously.
"Hey, I uh, am here with my family, Peter and May. What are you doing here?", she looked at him, raising a brow.
"Wait, you're here with Peter? He told me that he didn't have time, because of going out with May.", Ned's eyes widened.
"Yeah, there was a slight change in their plans. My mum just told me today, after I came home from Stark Industries, you know. I think that May had told Peter just today.", she explained.
"Oh okay. I'm here, because my aunt and uncle from Hawaii came, unexpectedly. Uh, you do know that this is the men's bathroom.", Ned said, scratching the back of his neck.
"Yeah, I'm not stupid like you, sorry. I'm waiting for my brother. Since the incident with the fire, he's scared to go somewhere all alone.", she explained and turned around after feeling someone tugging her jacket.
"Ned that's my brother Michael, Michael that's Ned, a friend from school.", she introduced them to each other. Micheal waved and Ned smiled.
After an awkward silence, Michael said that he want to go back to their parents. Saying goodbye to Ned, the two Jones made their way back to their table.
"By the way, just saw Ned, here.", she said, after she was seated on her place.
"What? Really? Why?", Peter asked, looking at MJ.
She told him that Ned was having dinner with his family. And also explained him how they even met.
The evening went well, and Peter and MJ were having the best time of their lives together. After planning on going, May insisted to pay, but John payed, before she could even take out her purse.
