Chapter 12

****Hello my friends !! I thought you would like to know what happens next so here you are :D*********

The two of us walked side my side out of the school into the freedom of outside. The air was crisp and a light breeze caressed my skin causing goosebumps to coat my bare skin. My blood from earlier drifted in the light breeze, teasing my nose. I must of bled lots if their is still the scent of it in the air, I thought to my self. Carter and I walked in silence, it wasn't awkward or anything it was more sexual frustration and it was coming from Carter. I grabbed my phone before we got into the woods and texted Nichole knowing she can receive messages but not send on.

-Nichole? I wont be in class today and would you be able to pick up my homework?

Knowing she wouldn't reply I put my phone away and kept walking. As we walked kept sneaking side glances at Carter. His face was smooth and golden brown but it was twisted, like he was thinking about something really hard.

"What you thinking about?" I asked making him jump a little at the sound of my voice.

He turned and looked at me and gave me a small smile "Why you would go for a run with me, when you could of gone with Camren."

I gave him a look of shock and asked "Did you want to go for a run with me?"

"Yeah of coarse I did but-"

"Exactly" I said cutting into his sentence " Camren doesn't want to be seen with a hybred, he's the alpha" I said defeated.

Carter snorted "So?"

"Hes got to keep his reputation, people don't like hybrids were like a horrible mistake that shouldn't even be in this world, besides he does't like me anyways" My gaze fluttering up ahead to see where we were heading. My heart pumped faster, blood flowed harder through my veins making my breath come faster. The thought of running beside Carter make my hormones to their little jig when they are exited. What would we do after our long run? Well no ones home until 8:30 so we could go their. The thought of Carter and I being in a house alone with many bedrooms made my body tingle with excitement.

"Oh! I have something for you!" I pulled out the bracelet my auntie made for him and gave it  to him

"Put it on your wrist and don't take it of it will help confuse the trackers when they are trying to find you."

A small smile spread on my face when I saw him put it on his right wrist. Our feet stopped moving once we got to the edge of the forest and we stood their and looked at each other.

"Can I try something?" his voice husky.

"uuuuh sure" My heart skipped a beat when he took a step closer to me.

"W-what are you doing?" I stuttered out.

"Ssssh don't move" Carter took another step towards me our body's touching and our lips just inches apart. His hot breath warming my skin the minty smell tickling my nose, breathing became very difficult, little sparks flew through my body from where we were touching. My wolf let out a small purr on him being so close to us.

"C-Carter wha-" I was cut of when his lips claimed mine. It was a soft and delicate not rough like I was expecting, his tounge swiped across my bottom lip asking for entrence and I let him in. I wrapped my arms around his neck deeping the kiss slanting my head a little more so we could deepin it further. His tounge claimed my mouth leaving nothing un-touched. I let out a low moan into his mouth, my knees weak weak and making it hard to stand. Carters hands slowly slid to my hips and pulleed me closer to him and helped me stay on my feet. When we both broke the kiss we were both breathless and breathing heavily.

"What was that for?" I asked out of breath

He gave me a sheepish smile before he answered me "I've wanted to do that scine the first time I saw you"

My eyes widened in shock "R-really? why? Im a hybrid a-and not something werewolves like  and care about supernaturals dispise me beacuse of what I am and -"

"Shut-up Lynn I don't care if your a vampire or a werewolf I like you for who you are and thats final! Your beautiful and amazing and its not going to change okay?" He said, I looked into his eyes looking for any sign of lie but he wasn't every thing he said was true.

"W-we should go for our run..." I said taking a step out of his embrace.

"Alright. Lets go." Right as he said the last words he turned towards the trees and jumped in the air and shifted. Shreads of close drifted in the soft breeze, I shock my head at the sheaded pecies, thank god that doesn't happen to me when I shift. I looked over to see a wolf insted of a man standing infront of me. He was breath taking. His wolf was similar to mine but he was black with a white stomach with the tips of his ears and tail snow white, his wolf was a little smaller than alpha Camren's wolf, but Carter is built for speed and fighting and I think that is why he is beta and he is also Camren's best friend. Once I shifted Carter's voice driffted into my mind through the pack's mind link

You ready to go?

Ready!

When the word were out we shot through the forest in sinc with eachother, my heart thumping against my cheast the thought of Carter and I running through the forest together I smiled at my self as we made our way deeper into the forest.
