***** I wanted to dedicate this chapter to the lovley Chrissie beacuse she is amazing and is always talken to me when im writing :D*****

As we ran through the forest all my scenes were strained for anything out of the ordinary. My nose twitching to find the smell of rotting flesh, eyes looking for the sway of a syren or the sound of a pounding hoof of a bull, but I could find nothing. Forest sights and sounds were the only thing I could scent, I jumped at every twig snap, and even the sound of a damn bird! I sighed inwardly at my stupidity i'm just being really paranoid. I turned my gaze to look to  the left of me and i stopped suddenly causing Carter to run past me and slide on the wet soil as he tried to stop. A black cat with a sliver white stomach eyes that are piercing green. What the hell? Why is their a cat in the middle of the forest? And why is it staring at me? I stood their and stared right back. I've seen this cat before in my dreams and from a distance. I took a step toward the cat but it ran off.

Carter's soft voice filled my mind making me jump,   "Is everything alright? you stopped suddenly and you've been really distracted" The concern in his voice made me turn to face him, his amber eyes flashed with worry.

"Yeah, I thought I saw something and I'm a little jumpy because of the trackers" I answered honestly.

"Want to eat something?" He asked "A fresh kill makes everything better"

"Now!" The command was out and we burst through the trees and I took my target on the deer and clamped down on the hamstrings. The deer didn't struggle for long, once Carter claimed it's neck in his mouth it was

down within the minute. Blood lingered in my mouth and played with my taste buds, licking my snout I watched as Carter bit into the flesh of the deer and tear out a piece. The blood dripping from the fresh meat.

Tasssssste it. My deear jussst a sssmall tasste... We have enough control from this morningsss blood and if we have ssome of the deeerss blood their won't be a chance to hurt himm. My demon within me snickered,

the vampire knows I have a weakness for any type of blood. My vampire has great amounts of resistance but when it come's to fresh blood I just can't control it. My canines became sharper in my mouth and my silver

eyes turning a blood red.

"L-Lynn you alright? umm your eyes are red.... are you mad at me?"  his voice drifted in my mind but I barley heard it, all my thoughts on the blood. I walked slowly up to the lifeless deer and bent my head towards the

open wound on it's neck.

"No I'm not mad just a wee bit hungry... d-don't mind me" I looked up to see Carter staring at me with wide eyes not sure of what he should do. I don't blame him he's never saw a vampire feed before in any case never

met a vampire this town is so over run by packs that vampires don't dare step foot in Winterfell. Not really liking the way he was staring at me I shifted uncomfortably on my feet.. "er are you just going to watch me? I'm

sorry but I don't like when people watch me...er eat..."

"OH! sorry carry on...... it's just so...." Carter paused looking at me "fascinating"

"oh well er.... okay"

With that out of the way I ignored his watchful eyes and lowered my head once again and placed my canines over the opened wound and bit down causing more blood to drip onto my tongue, once I had enough blood I

jerked my head upwards and brought a piece of flesh with me. Carter and I ate in silence it was peaceful and different. Carter finished and walked over to a large tree and laid down placing his head on his front paws,
