Blood Moon

Chapter 9

Dreams. There marvelous. The moment my eyelids were closed I was dreaming... 

I was naked in a forest alone. The cold breeze rustling my hair, goosebumps spread across my skin. I turned in a full circle looking for something but not to sure what. I heard a twig snap and my breath  quickened I stood in a defensive position ready for what ever came my way. The bushes ahead of me rustled with movement, my body tense with fear, sweat broke out on my forehead. I relaxed a little when five wolves appeared why I did, I have no idea but the sense of security came from them and the sense that they looked really familiar.

shift.  The voice was male my body quivered at the way it sounded. It was sexy. Deep and husky once again very familiar. It came from all around me caressing my body with the lightness of it. I hesitaded but called to the wolf withen and she came to life; claiming my body with her shape shorting my limbs and bones breaking, it wasn't as painfull as the first and it went much faster.

A voice entered my mind "Welcome mut" it took me a while to relise it was coming from a black wolf; dark as night, dark blue eyes. Camren. I snarled at when he called me and flashed my canines at him.

A chuckle came into my mind raising the hair on the back of my neck a small shiver escsaped me that boy had a damn sexy laugh. Toe curling laugh. 

"What the hell am I doing here?" I asked openly.

I looked around and spotted Nichole standing by her alpha and a dark brown wolf who I assumed was Domink.

"YOUR JOINING OUR PACK!" Her voice dripping with excitement. Shock rippled through my body like a tilde wave. My head snapped back to Camren when I spoke

"B-But you've only known me for a day"

Amusement played in Carmen's voice "I know but I've grown to like you in that day. I thought about it and you would make a good pack member" My tail started to move in excitement joining Nichole's tail.

"How do we do this?" I asked

"Just stay still" Camren ordered. Nichole,Domink,Carter and Logan walked up to me and started rubbing up against me.

"W-What are you guys doing?" I asked

Camren answered for them because they were to busy to " There scenting you.. marking their scents on you saying your from the Blood Stone Pack. Each and everyone of them must do this we are all connected through a bond created from our parents grandparents and further back. My dad told me to add a member you must have you top five pack mates rub their scent and I must do the binding" Once he finished his explaining the four wolves stepped back and formed a semi circle around me. Camren stood in front of me.

"You know once I do this I'll me your alpha and you will have to listen to me" A smile followed his words and made me laugh.

"Yes alpha" I mocked. Camren just snorted and moved loser to me reflectively I took a step back.

"Don't move" the order came out with hunger in his voice and lust burn in his eyes, I swallowed the lump of nerves that had formed in my throat. Camren began to move around me brushing his fur against mine his closeness making my wolf howl in need and my skin burn with lust. He finished his circle around me and stood in front of me his once dark blue eyes now a baby blue and full of lust. His muzzle started to stretch forward to met my shoulder I jumped back and growled

"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING!" I paused "MARKING ME!?"

He chuckled and shook his head "No Lynn I'm not marking you.." His voice turned all husky " I need to bite your shoulder and say something... just don't move"  His muscular body took another step towards me and his scent washed over me and calmed my nerves a little. His canines brushed my fur and i jumped a little, a warning growl came from Camren and i held still. His jaw closed around my shoulder and pain seared through my shoulder making me yelp, it was soon replaced by a soothing warmth that blurred my mind and I relaxed. When he stepped back his voice filled my mind; full of power and strength that and my legs weak.

"I the alpha of the Blood Stone Pack invite the one I marked with my scent as well as the scent of my pack to join us to run, protect and hunt with the Blood Stone Pack" Power surged through my body making me collapse to the ground and shake with power. The other howled up to the moon their crys full of joy and exitment. Camren's voiced filled my mind once again,

"Welcome to the Blood Stone Pack Lynn Courtney"  The others continued their song of welcome and i joined in

"I can't believe your in the pack now" Nichole's cheery voice rang through my head.

I finally belong somewhere a pack I can call family.

********** Sorry its a bit short ... i had to get a dream in their..****
