I quickly made my way to school careful not to bump into someone known. This whole business had made me extra vigilant and on the edge. Clearly, a broke walking out of a fashionable Lexus will sound creepy.
"You're gonna do great. Just try not to mess up". Suzanne dropped me half way to the school because the training session took up quite some time and I couldn't be late;not today.
The summer sun seemed to have no effect as I shivered under my shirt,my eyes frantically searching for a glimpse of those dazzling green eyes. Luckily,I found only a handful of students lingering around so I thought of having a walk around the school. The surveillance room was locked from outside and I used the opportunity to quickly collect the required equipments from Ryan's locker and sneak into the principal's room unnoticed. I began connecting the cables my fingers trembling lightly as I tried not to freak out when someone whispered behind me. "Need a hand?"
I jumped in surprise only to find it was Ryan or rather Aiden smirking.
"Geez. Stop sneaking around like that idiot".My hands fumbled as I checked it one last time before handing it over to Ryan. He quickly hid it in a tight spot behind a trophy and together we quickly cleared the things up and rushed out. I was sweating heavily,my hands still shaking as we stepped outside the office. That's when Ryan pulled me hastily inside the janitor's closet and roughly pressed his palm over my mouth to stop me from screaming. My breath hitched in my throat as the strong scent of his cologne filled my nostrils. He smelt amazing. His removed his hands his fingers brushing my face as we both anxiously held our breath. Although I couldn't figure out his expression in the dark but I could feel his heart pounding under my palm as I held onto his shirt for my dear life. The footsteps and voices neared and I held my breath until it faded out.
"That was a close call".
"Yeah lucky we".
We chuckled as we crept out of the closet and melted into the crowd of students. I fussed around my locker for a while when I felt whispers and giggles in the background. Amidst all these weird secret game that I was playing, the thought that my innocent character was suddenly stained black by my best friend had completely run out of my mind. Perry gave me a triumphant look and walked away with her arms wrapped around my ex-best friend's shoulder.
"What's with this girl Sky? She's always craving to beat you". Emma had also joined me mirroring my shocked expression.
"Do you still have candy crush saga cause I seriously need a diversion from this typical melodrama". She chuckled lightly handing me her phone and left to talk to Simon.
That was easy. When I finally handed her phone back and she unlocked it,my new phone beeped. One down three more to go.

I found Adelaide in the library sitting alone during the third period. I double checked to ensure no one was around. We shared the physics class and I barely remember talking to her. She was quiet and I wondered what she might be hiding under those thick framed glasses.
"Umm.. hi. Can I join you?"
"Yeah I'm already bored".
"Seems no one is in a mood to study today". I pointed at the empty library.
"Miss Savannah is having a great day".
We both laughed at our snoring librarian."Do you where I can find ' Electronics and Circuit Theory by Boylstad' ? I haven't completed my assignment yet".
"Yeah sure third row I guess fifth column". Has she swallowed the entire library?
I found the book exactly where she had said and took my time in hiding it carefully in the least probable place. I peeked around the corner to find her busy with her phone. Time for some drama.
