CHAPTER TWO
( MEETING PETER )

  THEO, ALEX, STILES, AND GABE WALK OUT OF ALEX'S CAR, THAT SCOTT IS DRIVING.
  Scott grins. "Have fun kids."
  Stiles rolls his eyes. "You're annoying."
  Scott laughs and drives off.
  Stiles quickly remembers where they are and drag the others into the school. They look at there schedule. Alex and Stiles have the same first class. Science. They say bye to Gabe and Theo and begin to walk to class.
  They walk into the room and the teacher turns to them. "Who are you?"
  Alex smiles warmly. "We are new students."
  The teacher smiles back. "Ah, yes. Alexandra Frost and uhh... Mi-"
  Stiles chuckles. "I can't pronounce it either. Just call me Stiles."
  Alex nods. "And call me Alex."
  The teacher nods. "Alex, take. A seat next to Peter and Stiles, sit right behind her."
  They nod and sit down. Alex takes out a binder and a pen and Stiles does the same.
  Alex greets Peter. "Hey."
  He smiles at her. "Hi."
  "You're cute," Stiles butts in.
  They turn to him with wide eyes.
  "Stiles," Alex scolds, "you have a boyfriend."
  Stiles shrugs. "I know. Derek is the love of my life. But Peter is adorable and you can't deny that."
  Alex rolls her eyes. "I'm gay."
  Stiles scoffs. "I know. You should find a date."
  "Like who?" She asks.
  Stiles raises an eyebrow. "Maybe Hayden?"
  Alex scoffs as a light blush covers her face. "No. She's the newbie and she's Liam's ex. That's, like, the bro code."
  Stiles squints at her. "Liam is dating Theo. And, as much as I hate Theo, they are perfect together and they couldn't be more in love." He fake gags.
  "Shut up," Alex says. "You and Derek are worse. Now, we're in class so pay attention."
  After Alex turns around Stiles makes a face and begins to listen in class.

Alex and Stiles walk out with Peter.
He turns to them. "Hey, you guys should totally join the Decathlon team. I'm sure Mr. Harrington will let you."
Theo and Gabe run up to them. "Hey frosty."
Alex smiles. "Hey Theo."
"Guys this is Peter," Stiles introduces. "Peter, this is Theo and Gabe."
"We know a Peter," Gabe says.
Theo raises an eyebrow and looks at Stiles. "Didn't he try to kill you? And isn't he Malia's dad?"
"Uh. Yes and yes," Stiles says awkwardly.
Alex smacks Gabe and Theo upside the head. "Be nice."
Theo rolls his eyes. "Hey Peter."
Gabe gives him a small wave. "What's up?"
"Hey," Peter greets. "Um," he turns back to Stiles, "as I was saying, you guys should totally join the Decathlon team."
Alex smiles. "We will. Bye Peter."
He leaves quickly and they go to their next class.

  After school, the four head to the Decathlon room.
  When they walk in, Mr. Harrington turns to them. "Are you the students Peter told me about?"
  Alex smirks. "We are." Flash saunters up to her. "No."
"But-"
She cuts him off. "No."
"Come on.
Stiles chuckles. "Dude you aren't gonna get anywhere with her."
Flash crosses his arms. "Why not?"
Alex smirks. "Because I'm into girls."
His eyes widen. "What?"
"I'm gay," she says slowly.
Theo smirks. "Dude you tried to hit on a lesbian."
Abe rings the bell. "I can confirm."
Flash rolls his eyes and sits down.
Mr. Harrington smiles at the four. "Let's see what you got."
