-Month Three, the worst but best month-
The weeks passed by and soon I was half way through my trip. I was on Skype with Michael when I broke down.
"Hanna-Rose, don't cry," he begged.
"I miss everyone and I want to come home but I can't," I sobbed, burying my head in Michael's jumper he'd given me.
"What can I do to make it better?" Michael pleaded.
"Book a spontaneous flight," I weakly laughed, "no, I'm half way through. I just don't know if I can do it."
"You're going to be ok, I promise," Michael said, biting his lip.
"No I won't," I sobbed, my eyes sore from crying, "I miss you, I miss everyone and it hurts."
"We miss you too," he tried.
"Skype doesn't cut it, you know?" I said, shakily breathing in and out.
"I know, I just want to hug you right now and make it better Hanna-Rose," he sighed.
"I'm sorry for calling you like this, I should go now," I sighed, "my tea's ready."
"Okay," he said quietly and I ended the call.

Chloe's POV
I didn't know who this 'Michael Clifford' was when he called me saying he was a friend of Hanna's and he had booked a flight the next day to come to England to visit Hanna. I wondered if this was her boyfriend but he said he wasn't, he just wanted to make sure she was okay because she'd broken down on Skype. Plus, he'd said, he'd never been to England before so it would be an adventure and he could come for her birthday which was in a few days time. I told him our address and suddenly was very excited for Hanna to see him because she'd been quiet a lot recently and I had wondered what was wrong. I offered to pick him up at the airport but he said he planned on getting a taxi, he just needed me to help surprise Hanna.
I tried to distract Hanna from how she was feeling by taking her to dinner at my favourite restaurant by the beach which she tried desperately to look like she was enjoying but I could tell she wasn't.
The night before this Michael guy came, i was excited for Hanna to see him and I barely slept. I guess I was just an excitable person
Hanna's POV
I woke up on my 19th birthday almost forgetting where I was. Chloe surprised me with breakfast in bed and I ate it all gratefully. I took time to make myself look okay for my birthday because they'd said they wanted to have a little family party and that was exactly what they did.
I went downstairs at lunch time and my cousins and aunt were hugging me and handing me presents. I actually managed to smile when they gave me an eReader because I liked the idea of not having to carry books wherever you went.
By the evening I was feeling sad again because no one had Skyped me and in Australia it was night time so they'd all be asleep. Had they forgotten?
My phone buzzed in my pocket and I answered it when the caller ID said Chloe.
"Chloe? What's up?" I asked.
"Can you unlock the garage for me?" she giggled, "I locked myself out."
"Right, okay," I laughed, going downstairs and to the empty garage. I pressed the button and the garage door opened slowly.
