'Soldier?' You ask, just in case. 'Ready to comply, ma'am.' You circle around him, eyeing him up and down while biting your bottom lip softly. 'Remember what I told you to do?' You ask, feeling immensely proud of what you have accomplished here. 

'Retrieve the Scepter with the  Mind-Stone. What do you want me to do with the Avengers?' Without batting an eye, you speak up. 'When they try to stop you, feel free to shoot to kill.' It feels wonderful giving orders and it feels even more wonderful that this man is going to follow them like a good dog. 

'Don't let them distract you from your cause, soldier. Be strong and fight. I will follow your every move and when something goes wrong, I will send back-up.' That back-up will probably be you. Even though you are the scientist of Hydra. Before becoming one, you had to follow their trainings protocol for new agents and soldiers. Just in case they might need you. And now that you have an important function within the organization, you can choose whether to go out on the field or not. It's truly a wonderful position you find yourself in. 

'Now go. You have access to our weapon facility so make sure you pay a visit before leaving. I want you to wear this on your vest so I can see what you're doing. It might feel like I don't trust you but I do. Don't worry about that. Also, you can take one of our cars, feel free to choose one.' You start rambling on an on about what he needs to have with him before actually going out on the field. 

'Remember, the Avengers aren't one to mess with. Even though I find them not all that much, doesn't mean they're not skilled. Watch out for their weapons and skills. I have faith in you and know for a fact you can do this. It's just nice to have a heads up.' He nods and if you're correct, he is programming this information into his brain. How wonderful the technology and brainwashing methods from the 1940's. It makes this so much easier for you. 

'Now go for real.' You smile and he does so, leaving you alone in your lab. On your laptop you can see his every move and your smile only grows wider when you see him going towards the weapon facility. It feels so great! You're so thrilled that this is working out in your favour. It will take a few days to obtain the Scepter but you can almost smell the power coming from it. Just imagine all the things you can do with it! 

If used right, the wielder can strip people from their freedom and bend them to their will. You could have more soldiers without the whole brainwashing method and trigger words. Besides that, in a fight it sends powerful blasts that can kill in an instant. Your enemies will beg for mercy and Shield will be taken over by Hydra. It's going to be amazing and you will become the most powerful on this planet. 

How do you know so much about this Scepter and in particular the Mind-Stone? Well, when Loki was roaming the Earth to strip people from their freedom, you caught a glimpse of the power in it and you were sold. But how do you know so much about it? There isn't exactly a book or anything that can help provide information about it. 

No, you went out there and found Loki before the battle in New York. While he was planning, you spoke with him and manipulated him enough to trick him into telling you everything about it. Now tricking the God of Mischief is a task not easy. You really had to bring your a-game but Hydra trained you well enough to outsmart him. Until you tried taking the Scepter from him. That's where he saw right through you but before he could take your mind with the stone, you fled. After that, the attack on New York happened. No matter what he will tell the people of Asgard, how smart he is, how manipulative he is, he was almost completely outsmarted by a Midgardian woman. 

Now getting the attention of the God was a difficult task as well since he wasn't going to take shit from anyone but reading about the mythology was quite smart. And what did you find? Loki, the God of Mischief has and you quote, an insatiable sexual appetite so a little bit of seduction here and there got you very far. 

But enough about that, your focus should be on your very own Winter Soldier. He has got his weapons of choice and is now in a car on his way towards the city. It's a long drive from here to New York city but it will be worth it. Stark Tower, or Avengers tower, whatever they want to call it, will never see James coming until it's too late.

With your feet on your desk and a cup of coffee in your hands, you watch the long drive. It's going to take days like this but it's ok. It's all ok. In the end, people will kneel to you. They will always kneel.

{A/N} Hello there! Yes, it's true, the original mythology describes Loki as a very sexual being but most of you probably already knew that. However, I took the last sentence from him too because well, you feel like a god now that you have Bucky in your control. I don't call him Bucky here because he asks Steve what the hell that is so, yeah. That's why. So you don't quite know. Besides, you're being formal with him.
