Autumn was late. Its bitter coldness struck late September. Being cold endlessly wasn't Seung-gil's forté due to the fact that he wasn't used to the coldness of autumn and winter. Even with the 14 blankets he and Phichit share, a single touch of skin contact would have Phichit jumping out of the bed and onto the floor. The only exception when he his body isn't freezing is when he had his electric blanket. Though, it was kept a secret from everyone that he owned one because he was embarrassed that there was nothing else that would bring warmth to him, even Phichit.
Phichit was out because of the yoga lessons he signed up for at the gym, leaving Seung-gil alone at the house. Like always, it was freezing for him.
