Nico POV
-•-•-•-•-
Nico fell back into his bed that night, grinning like an idiot. He and Caleb had watched the first season of Doctor Who and it was amazing. He really hoped nothing bad would happen to Rose though....
Nico expected dreams when he shut his eyes. They always came.
He was running through a large building, passing up lockers and people. He figured it was a school and he was running from someone... But who?
Then the dream shifted. Percy was looking at Nico with tears in his eyes and backing away in terror. He was saying something but he couldn't hear it, like it was blocked by a wall.
Then he woke up, shaking and tears running down his face. The image of Percy rang clearly in his mind and it worried him.
Sniffling, Nico got up and brushed some tears off his face, wishing Percy would be the one doing that...
No, stop it!!
Nico was just about to get dressed when he noticed an envelope on the floor by his door, as though someone had slipped it under his door.
Curious, he picked up the envelope and tore it open. Then he read:
Dear Nico,
I got your letter. Thanks for considering me a friend :). I heard about Jason. It's sad he's going away, but at least we have the teleport arch in camp to go to Camp Jupiter.
Also I'm kind of upset because the worst thing in the world happened to me yesterday. Annabeth broke up with me for some kid named Dustin. Do you know who he is?
Anyways, I really am sorry about lashing out at you. Also I'm glad you like your new foster home. Get along with your brother!
Thanks for not being mad at me Neeks.
Write me ASAP!!!!
-Percy
As Nico read, he felt his heart flutter at the fact that Percy thought he was a friend and anger churn within him about the fact that Annabeth had ditched him for some kid named Dustin.
Sadly, Nico didn't know anyone named Dustin.
Depressed, Nico did his morning routine of getting ready for the day. Jessica announced that at 2 they were going school shopping because school began the next day.
Nico trudged up the stairs after eating and rummaged through his luggage until he found a spray bottle.
Nico squirted some of the water out so it hit the light to form a rainbow, then he threw a drachma into the mist. It disappeared.
"O, Iris, goddess of the rainbow, accept my offering. Show me Percy Jackson."
The mist turned into an image of Percy, only he wasn't Percy. This Percy was curled up into a ball and crying, tears streaming down his perfect face.
Nico decided just then to go to Percy's house; he needed a friend.
Nico announced that he was going over to a friends house. Then he went outside and hailed a taxi.
Nico handed the driver the address that he remembered from when he ate blue birthday cake with Percy. That was one of his favorite days.
When he got to his apartment, he knocked and Sally answered.
"Hi, it's me, Nico. I ate blue birthday cake here awhile ago. I'm from camp," he explained, dropping his voice on the last part.
She nodded and stepped back so he could come in. Nico bolted up the stairs like a madman. When he got up, he burst into Percy's room and wrapped his arms around him.
Percy sniffled and looked up. "Ni-Nico?" Nico nodded. "I iris messaged you and you were in pain. I can't bear to see you like this."
Percy leaned in close and studied him. "Why would you care about me?" He whispered.
Nico couldn't take it anymore. He leaned in and he pressed his lips to Percy's.
To his shock, Percy was kissing back
It was warm and welcome and light, not lustful or hungry. It was the moment he knew he would remember forever.
Nico leaned back and smiled. "That's why."
Then the realization hit him. He'd kissed Percy.
"No... No no NO!!!! I-I'm sorry... I shouldn't have... I mean..." Nico looked up at him pitifully. "Do you hate me?" Nico whispered.
Percy grinned and wrapped his arms around Nico. "Actually... I think I love you Neeks."

I know it was short... Sorry. I tried...
Anyways, I hope you enjoyed the fluff! Hopefully another update tomorrow or later today.
Until next time,
