"Any questions?" Maurice asked shoving his hands in his pockets as Robyn shook her head.
"Wait, so they all live here?" Her face scrunched up as Maurice laughed with the shake of his head.
"Only when they are working on takings that need their full attention or when they're laying low. As we are!" He smiled as she nodded, pressing the elevator up.
"So do you live here?"
"I have the top floor, but no I don't live here. I have a place downtown, for now though, this is our home."
The elevator dinged as the two stepped out, Maurice leading her to the apartment, the nerves in her stomach were going crazy. When she thought of LA she didn't think of apartments, or warehouses for that fact. She thought of beautiful houses with a pool right by the beach. She didn't want to seem ungrateful because after all she was under his wing, but she was glad this wasn't their permanent living situation.
"Okay so it ain't much, but this is it" he shrugged, burying his hands in his pockets.

"This is my favourite part of the place. But um, I'll show you the bedroom now and bathroom."
Robyn smiled as she took in her surroundings, it exceeding her initial expectations, she was honestly so surprised that Maurice had such taste when it came to interior decorating. She followed him through the corridor filled with various paintings from various artists until they got to a door.
