I got home about 45 minutes ago, what a hell of a day it was. After that coward left my office today, I pulled myself back together instantly I went through the rest of the day like nothing happened, got some take out and drove home.
I think I need a work out it's been a while since I've boxed, I would love some kick boxing action tonight.
I'll be changing into a legging paired with a matching sports bra and a hoodie, grab my keys headed for Spencer's boxing yard.
Twenty five minutes later I pulled up to a blue color brick building after which I found a parking spot exited the vehicle and headed towards the double doors, being a little excited seeing this is something I really love, as I got in the cool gust of the air conditioner hit me I smiled as I saw everyone.

While I jumped up on his knee wrapping my foot around his neck using my arms for strength as I flipped him on the ground and grabbed his arm while wrapping my legs tighter around his neck cutting off his air supply, Wasn't planning to kill him or anything like that this is actually a trick I learn in Taekwondo I felt his body limped then I knew that was my stopping point letting go of him and his body felt limp on the ground, everyone jumped then Spencer said
" Calm down boys he's not dead he's just sleeping, when he gets up, he might need to get his membership revoked.
" Amma need some one on one with Billy", Billy is my favorite punching bag at least he won't try to play dirty.
I went a couple hours at it before I felt someone's presence, I looked over and saw Alex I was taken back. He was all sweaty but he was so fucking sex omg,clothed in a white t shirt and joggers sweat pants, his muscles stood out and his 6'2 frame 'GOD LIKE'.
I think I just came on myself.
" Are you picturing me naked Ms. McConnell ?"he asks.

" Ok when was the last time you went to see you dad". I was silent for a while before I answered.

" I drove by once every week but still haven't found the courage to go inside for over a year now".

" You need to see him Jen you know he's not going to live forever and he's a very old man and he'll be 77 next month",
"I just don't like seeing him like that, it hurts so bad and the last time I saw him he told me to get out".

" Know he's not getting better but he's still your father and it's an illness not his doing".

" Ok Spence I'll go see him soon I have to go I'm not feeling so good,

" Just tired" I lied I don't take my insulin today I took off the glob and went to Mike's desks to get my keys.
I need to get home asap. I step outside and chilly night air slapped me. I ran towards my car when I felt my feet give way , I need to get up but I'm so weak.
" Are you ok?" I saw his face and I just stared at him.

" Jeneève are you ok?

" I need to take my insulin I'm diabetic".

" Where is it ?".

"At my house I didn't carry my bag so I didn't think to bring my emergency backup I rambled.

" I felt myself getting weaker.

" Give me your keys", he lifted me up bridal style and put me in the car before getting in and speeding out the parking lot.
I must have passout because I was on my couch in my apartment wait what I jumped up to see him and Nick standing there looking at me she looked like she was crying.

" Are you fucking crazy you could have died what if I wasn't on my way here?

Istarted crying she was right and I felt embarrassed at the same time the look on her face showed that she could tell.

" I'm sorry I said before running to my room I striped out my clothes and got in the shower.
I need to was off today's events I wasn't sure how long I was in there but when I got out, I felt a little better I changed into an oversized t-shirt and a short I don't feel like wearing any underwear tonight.
I'm a little hungry so I went to the kitchen when I got there, I heard talking I stepped in so they could see me.
"Is he flirting with my bestfriend", I just walked to fridge to get some cheesecake and wine it's after midnight but I'm not sleepy.

" I'll leave you two to talk". Nick said before leaving.

" Nicola is nice I didn't answer I upset with her even though she saved my life.

" Jeneève you need to stop treating me like that I don't like it, talk to me please'. He sat there I handed him a fork sat two glasses down and pour the wine.
We ate in silence, after I was done, I got up and cleared the dishes. I felt him behind me I turned around so I could see his face he is so handsome, I felt the heat between my legs them I heard his say,
