Finding An Anchor

The sound of a blender woke me up out of my slumber. Wtf is that?! I look over at the clock in my living room to see it was 8:30 pm.

Fuck! I totally forgot that Nick and I are gonna hit up the club. I got up and walk over to my kitchen to see her blending water. 

How smooth!

"Hoe! you couldn't have woken me up like a normal person?" she's stood there dying of laughter. 

"Where's the fun in that?"she replied laughing. "Oh by the way Candice called me today and I told her we're coming to the club and she's down."

"Nick she is the club owner and our good friend of cousre she's gonna be down." Candice, Nick and I go way back to high school we taught we were the hottest bitches at Brock Tovem high, let me tell you now that was a total lie we were the biggest nerds. I mentally smiled to that thinking back to our high school days. Tonight is gonna be a good night.

"Ok I'm gonna get dress." I walked over to the fridge, got a bottle of water uncapped it and went down the hall to my room.

"I'll be in my room Nick called out." It's funny how she has a room at my house when she doesn't even live here. I walked into my room put the empty water bottle in the trash can by the door and went straight into my walk-in closet. I'm feeling a little slutty vibe tonight so I chose a black, thigh lent dress peered with a black pumps. 

I strip off my clothing and head to the shower. I grab my vanilla lavender body wash and washcloth lathering my body. After about 10 minutes I rinsed off then stepped out grabbing my fluffy white towel to wrap myself up. My hair was up in a messy bun at the moment so I untied it and let my shoulder length curly hair down. 

I put some leave-in conditioner and oils in and left it like that then I started on my face. I'm not a big makeup fan so I did a natural beat and headed back inside my room. I lotion my body with my coconut body butter, then put on a black underwear an matching bra before stepping inside my dress. The dress hugs me perfectly in all the right areas; a bitch is getting laid tonight. I started strapping up my high heels pumps when Nick entered the room with a sandwich and a glass of orange juice. 

"You need to eat and take your insulin before we go out." she said handing me it. 

"What would I do without you?" I took the food from her and started eating. After I was done she administer the shot then I laid back and close my eyes for a couple minutes until I was back to my usual self.

"Let's go, who's driving?" I asked Nick. "Me of course." That means we will be taking her white Aston Martin. Walking to the elevator I press the ground floor for the garage. I live on the penthouse suite of the Grounds Palladium hotel which I'm also a majority shareholder of. Only the CEO and another shareholder know that I like to keep my money private. The elevator dinged and we stepped out walking towards Nick's car. 

I slide into the passenger's side after I heard it beep, I put my seatbelt on while Nick did the same before starting up the car. I took up the aux cable and insert it into my Samsung galaxy phone and started playing the game and 50cent 'hate it or love it'. We bumped our heads while l rap to 50's part and Nick took the games part. 

The club was only 10 minutes away form my penthouse so it didn't take us long to get there. We pulled up to a stoplight and notorious BIG song Juicy started to play. Nick started screaming and rsp along to the hit "it was all a dream i use to read word up magazine." 

I chuckled lightly and laid back a little in my seat reminiscing, who would have ever taught we would have made it this far?

The light of the club came into my view and Nick pulled into the parking lot getting a good parking spot. We hopped out the car after she cut the engine and I took up my phone and purse  straighten out my dress. I then grab nick's hand and head towards the entrance.
