Its been a few days since that encounter and as promised Angel, Riki, Cleo, Mark and James were hanging out with Tai since then. They were at a mall in the food court sitting outside for they could smoke except for Tai.

"So what should we do next?"

James asked.

"How about the movies?"

Cleo suggested to her boyfriend.

"What's on?"

Riki asked.

"I don't know anything I guess, I just don't feel like heading home right now"

Cleo said. Mark put his arm around Riki.

"Don't be too picky babe"

He said. Tai and Angel were the only ones sitting down on the chair while the others were sitting on the railing. Tai let out a sigh. Angel looked towards him curiously.

"What's with you?"

She asked.

"I'm just curious, how did all of you round up being part of a gang?"

"Oh story time"

Cleo said as she heard Tai's question causing the others to look to Tai.

"I joined in because my mom and dad abandoned me, I was an orphanage all the way till I was 18, nobody wanted me and the next thing I know Aaron found me and taught me the way of the dark side"

She said with a giggle.

"My mother kicked me out of her house when I was five years old, because I look like her sister that she hated"

Riki said. Mark cleared up his throat.

"My old man is a drunk, he didn't  even know that I ran away. I hope he's dead"

"My mother actually sold me and when I found her, I asked her why, she said it was business, so I shot her for the same reason because its business"

James said with a grin. Tai was surprise by their whole story and looked to Angel.

"What's your story?"

He asked to her. Angel looked towards her hands sadly but tried to cover it up and stood up.

"Come on let's go see a movie before  it closes"

Angel said walking away leaving her trash on the table. The others hoping off the railing leaving their trash as well and followed her. Tai let out another sigh as he saw the mess, he stood up and began to pick up their trash. A few seconds later, Mark and James walked back to see Tai picking up the trash.

"What are you doing? We're gonna miss the movie"

Mark said with a frown. Tai narrowed his eyes at them.

"Well I had to pick up the mess around here"

"That's why they have janitors here"

James said pulling Tai away from the table and dragged him to where the girls were waiting.

*After The Movies*

"Man that movie sucks, who wrote that crap?"

Riki complained.

"Oh shut up, I saw you laughing"

Cleo said with her boyfriend wrapped his arms around her.

"Only because the guy's mouth was cut off by an ax"

Riki, Cleo, James and Mark were walking up ahead while Tai and Angel were not to far behind walking side by side talking.

"So you didn't tell me you're reason why you were part of the gang?"

Tai asked quietly glancing at Angel who stopped. He stopped as well,  hoping he didn't cross a line. Angel let out a sigh as she sadly looked down and quickly covered it up with an attitude looking up towards Tai.

"What's it to you?"

She asked angrily. Tai quickly saw she went into a defence and smiled.

"I know you that you're not actually a bad person, but something must have really hurted you to have an attitude"

Angel sadly look back down.

"My mother tortured me when I was little. She had my tubes tied when I was just a baby when I was little so I wouldn't get pregnant at a young age. She would criticize me and treat me different from my other brothers and sisters."

Tai gently grabbed her hand.

"I'm sorry"

"Don't be because of that I am tough"

She said with a smirk.  Tai couldn't help but push a few strands of her hair behind her ear causing her to blush lightly.

"You don't have to use that kind of attitude when your around me. I'm glad you let your walls fall down."

"Thanks"

She said lowly as they began to walk again.

"So tell me your story?"

"What is there to tell?"

"Anything even if you don't feel like its significant"

Tai thought for a moment and began to tell his story of when his little sister Kari was sick and his mother blamed him that she almost died.

"Wow, and what do you do now when she gets sick?"

Angel asked surprisingly when Tai was telling his story the others came to hear Tai's story.

"I get flashback and get nervous that she is going to die on me"

"Wow"

As they continued to walk and talk,  all too soon everyone went their own way as for Tai and Angel they decided to talk some more.

"Be honest with me, why did you help us?"

Angel asked with a smirk. Tai smiled.

"Honestly I just wanted to impress you"

"Why you don't even know me? "

Tai took a step closer to her but Angel  stood her ground.

"I think you are cute and I wanted to get to know you, the real you not the tough girl act"

Angel laugh.

"You think I'm cute?"

She asked staring into his eyes.

"Yeah"

Tai said lowly as Angel got closer to his face and lightly placed her hands on his chest.

"Then maybe you should watch out"

"Why?"

"Because when I love, I love hard and maybe I like you too"

She said as she closed the distance between them pressing her lips against Tai's who immediately wrapped his arms around her waist pulling her close as she wrap her arms around his neck.

'What's wrong with me?'

Tai asked himself as they pulled away to catch their breathe. Angel gave him another light kiss on the lips before pulling away.

"Don't tell anyone about my soft side,  I have a reputation, you know"

She said with a smile.

"Yeah"

Tai said softly. 

"Good night"

"Good night "

She said as she entered her apartment building.
