Nixs turns to me smiling slowly. "Well Emberly it's time to explain what's going on." His eyes give a glint of mischief. He's enjoying this way to much.

"When you were in your mother's belly she made a deal with the Moon Goddess. She had become very sick and was on the verge of dying. So she made a blood pack. You were already special so the Goddess was happy to oblige. The only deal was that on the year the blue moon shown you'd have to find a mate within the packs or you'd die. The blue moon has started and so from each pack a man is selected to become your mate. You'll spend each season with one of the men. The last season will be spring and you'll have to decide by then who you plan to choose. Whoever you choose will instantly become the Alpha of that pack making you Luna. That will seal your fate and you will live. You also will never shed into a different coat once you choose. So if you choose summer/spring clans you'll stay in your cream fur and blonde hair. An if you choose the winter/fall clans you'll stay in your auburn and red fur and hair. Do you understand?" Nixs raises an eyebrow waiting for my response. My mouth is parted slightly but I have nothing to say. I'm in shock!

"Eb you okay?" Eros voice holds a slight hint of worry.

I shack my head trying to clear my thoughts. "Yeah it's just a lot to take in. It does explains why I'm so different!" A slight burden seemed to be lifted. I always wondered why I was the way I was. Born with two coats yet belonging to none. I do wish mother had told me though!

Looking around at each guy I can tell they are shocked at my reaction. They don't know that it does become lonely. Wolves aren't meant to be alone. Even though I've chosen to be. I've just never felt comfortable anywhere. Being different is very uncomfortable.

"Who do I go with first?" I ask scanning each face.

The first man has curly brown hair and has a five o'clock shadow. His eyes are a light brown color and he meets my gaze with a kind smile. He has a really nice jaw line. If I can say anything about him, its that he is very muscler but what werewolf isnt? "Like what you see?" Dariens voice cuts through my thoughts. The curly haired guy chuckles causing his muscles to shift under his black shirt. I'm betting he's from the Fall pack. I catch Darien out of the corner of my eye. He's kind of annoying. Always has something to say.

"The names Aiden. I'm from the Autumn tribe." He reaches out taking my hand in his. I'm suprised at how big his hands are. They actually cover mine. I look up to meet his gaze and give him a small smile. He's definitely 6'5. He stands five inches taller then me.

"Nice to meet you. I've actually never been to the Autumn tribe. It'll be fun to see what it's like." I say giving his hand a light squeeze. He smiles once more and let's go of my hand. I can already feel a weird bond forming.

I walk over to the next guy. His long blond hair is shoulder length. He seems slimmer not as muscular. His face is lean and he has a whimsical air about him. Meeting his gaze I notice we are the same height. His blue eyes seem to sparkle in the sunlight. "Nice to meet you. I've heard so many stories about you. It'll be interesting to find out which ones are true. You can call me Leo. I'm from the Springs pack." His long slime hands take mine as he brings them up to his lips. It be interesting to get to know him.

I step up to Eros and my heart flutters. Out of all of them I already had a deep bond with him. He smiles at me sending butterfly's in my stomach. 'Seems like I've got the upper hand.' He swishes his words into my head. 'I never wanted to be Alpha but now if it means winning you over I'll give it my all.' I could feel the deep blush creep up my cheeks as everyone else stared at us.

"Looks like they already formed a pretty tight bond." Aiden mused out loud. I could see both of the other men nod.

"Guess you should just give up now." Eros joked pulling me close. My wolf whimpered in frustration. She wanted to be in control.

I shivered, I could only imagine what she'd do. Rip his clothes off? Shift? Hopefully I'd someday learn to control her.

Cold hands suddenly yanked my away from Eros's arms and my thoughts. I heard three low growls follow. That Goddess pack sure works. They all were territorial over me. An we had just met.

"Emberly the seasoned wolf." Darien said letting go of my hand. He made me uneasy. He scanned my body his sharp eyes taking me in. My wolf growled making him chuckle. He gave off a sense of danger and my wolf smelled it.

"Well then as you can tell a storms coming. We need to get back before it hits." Nixs said, he could probably sense that Darien was getting on my nerves. He probably also didn't want to jinx the fact that I was handling this so well.

To be honest it was just a lot to take in. It also made sense in a strange way. I was never able to stick to one place. I had traveled to many parts of this world and seen many things. Never feeling completely at home. My eyes flicked up ahead to were Eros was walking next to Darien and Nixs. For some reason he was constantly on mind. Probably because we had bonded more then the others. Or maybe because I had always had feelings for him. A smile quickly tugged at my lips. How could I be mad when for once I started feeling "normal". Like everything was kind of making sense.

I raised my head up to look at the sky. The smell of dampness seeped into the woods as the dark grey clouds peeked through the trees.

Splash..

A tiny rain drop splashed across my cheek. Guess we wouldn't be avoiding the storm like Nixs had hoped.

My wolf was getting excited. We both enjoyed rain. There's something about a storm that makes everything seem right. I stretched my arms up as more sprinkles fell around me. Feeling a presence behind me a dropped my hands and turned to face them.

It was Aiden. He was also enjoying the rain. He had stopped next to me and had his head raised up looking at the tree tops. "I like that your carefree." He said finally lowering his head back down. I watched as a few of the raindrops ran down his face. The need to reach out and whip them off was very strong. I shock my head trying to focus.

"We'd miss out on so much if we didn't take time to enjoy the little things." I say as the rain starts to pour harder. I noticed that there are puddles starting to form around us. Without thinking I take his hand and lead him over to a muddy stop. I look over at him to see what he's thinking.

He meets my gaze without hesitation. An without saying a words we put our bare feet into the mud. The wet dirt seeps between my toes causing me to laugh.

"Are your feet really that ticklish? " the sound of the mud unsuctioning echos after him.

I nod not looking away from our feet. The mud is quickly filling with water. Though I could care less. For once I'm actually enjoying a moment with someone I barley know. I feel his finger touch my chin and slowly lifts bringing my gaze back to him. He has a playful smile spread across his lips and before I know it he reaches down and grabs a handful of mud. He throws it at me without hesitation. I yelp in suprise as it hits my square in the chest. Thunder booms across the sky but I'm to shocked at what happened.

He flashes me a wicked grin and picks up more. I duck just as he chucks it. I hear it fall behind me. I feel my wolf push to get free. She wants to play. To bad for her I'm enjoying this as well. I scoop up a huge handful and plop it on his head. I smirk as it runs down his face and neck. He reaches up and takes some off of his head and runs it down my cheek and across my neck. I shiver at his touch. This bonding thing is no joke.

He shifts into his wolf and starts pouncing through the puddles soaking his curly chestnut fur. My wolf pushes harder trying to break free. I watch in aww as he circles me a few times.

'Come on I'll race you back to the village.'

I blinked in suprise. He was actually mind linked to me. That Goddess seriously wasn't joking around. He's definitely a possible mate.

Before I can reply he's already off. My wolf doesn't wait she takes over and within seconds I've shifted. My mind is going wild. When have I ever carelessly let her out. But at this point I didn't care. My nose was focused on one thing. The earthy smell Aiden was leaving behind.
