The Pack Of Heros *Old*

The Truth?!

(Mitch's POV)

As the white light was fading it turned into a little room that had multiple portals each one different, 'an sky island, an island with cliffs above the water, a regular island, a mountain, a clearing surrounded by trees, a jungle, dome of glass under water, and a giant pyramid in the middle of a forest.'

"Where am I?" I said as I looked at each portal observing each one, until a person appeared in one of the portals who was behind a tree from a dragon that spit into three dragons that I didn't know what they were called.

One dragon had lightning bolt like scales going down it's body, another had dark grey scales with lighter grey scales going down it's body, and the last one looked like it had water like scales with it's wings scales the color of dark clouds.

I looked at the regular island and there was a person in a blue hoodie against a cliff, with a animal that looked like it had a neck and head of a fox, the front paws were like eagle claws, and the back of the animal was like a wolf.

Shaking my head I managed to look at another portal, the island with cliffs above the water, it was raining and there was a person above the water he was wearing a black hoodie and he looked scared.

I watched curiously as the person was trying to quickly clime up the rock and then a part of the rock fell underneath him but he managed to grab a hold of the rock that wasn't falling.

I kept looking at the portals until one pacific one caught my eye, a person in a brown hoodie was on a mountain, he was climbing up it, but his will to stay alive must have kept him going.

"Is this...." I said drifting off at the sadness of being apart from the pack, "then that means...." I said as I looked at the other portals, "This can't have happened! Why am I not training!" I said hoping that at least one would hear me.

No one seemed to have heard me, until a loud boom came from behind me, I looked back to see that a hallway was behind me now,  Curious I walked down it only to be met by a two directions to go, "Great probably going to get lost!" I said as I looked around.

Looking at the walls they looked like paper on the wall, the design looked familiar but unfamiliar at the same time walking down the right path it led to two more hallways, the rooms they led to were visible, a kitchen, and a bedroom

Turning around I walked back to the first hallway, taking the left path this time I saw that it did the same thing except it lead to a bathroom, and the other hallway was blocked off at the end by metal bars, and behind it was a portal with a black frame, with a portal that showed "Leon!" I said scared.

Leon was surround by rings of fire, stone spikes, water, lightning, rows of trees, and the wind was circling around the trees. "No..." I said staring at the portal, 'he can't be able to train...' I thought as I watched him with a sword that was black with a red handle.

Everytime he swung the sword the rings would flare up and seem dangerous. "He's getting stronger...." I said as I started to walk backwards away from the room, until I was turned around and was sprinting down the hall way back to the portals.

Breathing heavily I stopped running when I gotten to the portals, 'this can't be true...He can't be training....' I thought as I looked up at one of the portals.

It had a red tint to it, and there was Preston running from a water pegasus, "He's not attacking?" I said as I looked at the other portals to see that the others were actually trying to take down their challenges.

Looking back at Preston I saw him turn around and a glowing red sword was in between him and the pegasus, just then it hit me, Preston refusing to jump into the water most of the time unless it was shallow enough to stand in, the river incident where Preston fell into the river, and now it just all came together.

"Preston's afraid of water?" I said confused I always thought that Preston wasn't afraid of anything, I saw that fear was clear in Preston eyes, 'yep he is clearly afraid of water...' I thought while he ran towards the sword.

The pegasus must have noticed the sword so it two charged towards it, but some how Preston was there sooner than I would have thought and grabbed the sword, as soon as he raised it up to a defensive position a ring of fire formed around Preston.

I looked at another portal but it was the one with a mountain, and there was Jerome fighting a manticore, that looked like it was on fire, but something caught my eye an axe that was glowing a light brown.

 Suddenly Jerome grabbed the axe and another ring made from large stone spikes formed around Jerome, I watched in awe as Vikk, Lachlan, and Rob, found their weapons Vikk had found a wooden machine gun but he seemed excited at the finding of it.

Lachlan found a sword that had a white blade and a yellow handle, he seemed confused at the sword on the ground, and Rob found a wand and a crossbow, as soon as they found the weapons each one made a ring around them.

For Vikk it was a bunch of trees, Rob had a ring of water around him flowing so fast it took down many trees, and for Lachlan it was a bunch of lightning bolts striking around him in a circle. 

I was in awe from watching them take on the challenges but also sad that I couldn't train with them until I heard footsteps coming down the hall......
