The Return of Fire

(Mitch's POV)

"We can't keep fighting Mitch!" Lachlan said as a bunch of lighting stuck beside Leon, "But we can't stop fighting or we could lose!" I said making sure they could hear me above the thunder, "Well everyone is getting tired and we are starting to use weaker attacks!" Andi said from right beside me.

"Okay try and get everyone to go to the closest exit." I said to Andi and Lachlan who were probably the weakest, "Okay but be safe!" Lachlan said going to tell the others who were also weak, "Make sure that everything is clear on the way to the exit." I told Andi who gave me a nod and ran off towards the exit.

I looked back at Leon who was glaring back at me, "You think you can get away that easily." Leon said taunting me, "Try me." I said glaring back at him, I focused on the rocks behind him and teleported behind him, I swung my sword at him only for him to somehow dodge it and throw me to the ground.

As I quickly got up I had my sword ready to fight, I could tell something was off I looked into Leon's brown eyes to see sadness flicker in them, 'Why should he be sad, he seemed happy at what he been doing.'  I thought as I teleported a rock above him.

"What's wrong can't fight?" I said tauntingly to him, I watched as he shook his head and glare down at me, suddenly a fireball came out of nowhere and hit Leon square in the chest, "What the?" Leon said getting up from the fireball, "Where did that come from!?" Leon said looking around.

"You better run Leon." Preston's voice said from behind me, I turned around to see Preston, Matt, and Rob standing at the doors, the others were looking at Preston as well, "Das, Phobus, Azazel now!" Leon said and three people dropped down from the roof.

The one that was probably the leader had silver hair, a black vest a white long sleeve shirt and grey pants. "Das." Preston said walking forwards to face the four of them, "Long time no see Preston." The leader said smirking at Preston.

"If I had a choice, I wouldn't have met you ever again." Preston said glaring at Das the leader, "Well we are here now, and what do you know Connor is here as well!" Das said tauntingly, "You shouldn't be here Das." Connor said bravely despite the hits he took against Leon's powers.

"But we should be here. Besides we know all about the powers you have." one of the people beside Das said, "Stay out of this Phobus." Preston said growling and shifted into a wolf, "Oh no I'm afraid of Preston the pup." Phobus mocked making Preston growl louder.

"You better back down now." Connor said shifting his paws to make him seem taller, "And why should I? You were saved back then from a pure black wolf." Das said tauntingly and was walking around Preston.

I watched quietly as Preston was standing still while Das was walking around him, "I'm glad I can change my pelt color because that wolf....was me!" Preston said attacking Das as he said the last two parts.

"Das!" The other person said who was probably Azazel said as he took a sword and threw it at Preston, but it melted into nothing before it could even hit Preston. "I'm not a easy target anymore." Preston said taking five steps towards Azazel, Phobus, and Leon.

I watched as Preston just stood there but something was different about him, 'he wouldn't be taking them on this way, he would be ordering us to help.' I thought as the others started to catch on about Preston's attitude, even Leon did.

"Take him down." Leo demanded to Das, Phobus, and Azazel, "He's not the same Preston." Leon said glaring at Preston, suddenly as Das and Phobus tried to hit Preston a vortex of fire appeared around Preston, "You come near me and I won't hesitate to use these powers against all of you." Preston said in a different voice.

"I thought we trapped you in the dead oak valley!" Das said backing up from hearing the voice that Preston was talking to, "You fools! You really think that this person just been sick!" Preston said in the same voice, by now I was scared 'what did he mean.' I thought as I backed up away from Preston.

"What do you mean!" Connor said growling at Preston, "He been visiting the Valley of The Dead Oaks when he was supposedly sick." Preston said turning around to face Connor, Preston's pelt wasn't his lava looking pelt or his pure black pelt but a golden brown pelt.

"What have you done to my brother!" Connor said leaping through the flames with ease and pushing whoever was being Preston now to the ground, "What! How!" The person said looking up at Connor and smirked.

"Fine have it your way!" The person said jumping up and landing on top of a large tree, "Vikk did you-" I said being cut off by Vikk "No why would I do that!" Vikk said looking at me, "Jolon you need to stop now!" Das said glaring at the person in the large tree.

"Never and if I did this mutt of a leader would never live up to the prophecy he was born into!" Jolon said giving a evil chuckle, "Let's leave them to this we don't need to deal with this!" Leon said running out one of the exits along with Das, Phobus, and Azazel.

Thinking I looked up at Jolon in the tree, I saw the wolf's pelt flicker from the golden brown to the lava pelt and to the pure black of Preston's pelt, 'Preston's fighting back.' I thought as Connor was almost at Jolon only to have Jolon jump to another tree that was on the other side of the room far away from the first tree.

"Preston fight back and give me a howl when Jolon is about to take control!" I yelled to Jolon knowing that I might sound crazy but I knew that Preston heard it, I watched carefully as Jolon's golden brown pelt turned into Preston's familiar pure black pelt.

I was then concentrating on the place right behind Preston, as Preston gave a loud howl I teleported just as Jolon's golden brown pelt appeared on Preston's wolf, I quickly pushed the wolf off the tree to the others, but by know they must have caught on to what I was doing.

"Don't hit him! Just let me deal with him." I said glaring at Jolon as he jumped up into a third tree, "This will be fun-
