"Congradulations Ms. Reese!" he said in a joyful tone. "No, not congradulations, this just ruined my life, i am only 19" i said while i cried my eyes out. "Oh, I'm so sorry"
Ten more minutes past and i dicided that i should stop crying and just go home. "Here, these should help with the nausia and the pain." Dr. Dre said handing me a bottle of medicine. I smiled faintly and took the bag. "Have a nice day Ms. Reese" "Thanks, you too."
And with that, the nurse wheeled me back out to the waiting room to find Austin sleeping on Alex's shoulder. Alex mouthed the words "HELP ME" and i just giggled. Alex just stood up and began to walk next me until Austin woke up and started following us.
When we got to the car the question came. "What's wrong? What did he tell you? Did you get medicine?" austin continued to blab on and on and on, "AUSTIN!" "sorry" he said, giving me the puppy dog face. "So what IS wrong?" he asked. "Oh, he told me that it's just a bad stomach bug" i lied. "He gave me medicine too"
"Just as long as my baby gets better" he smiled and intwined our fingers. The word "baby" made me cringe. I am trying to hold in the tears so Austin doesnt question it.
Once we get to the house, I am planing on telling Alex, but not Austin yet. I decided to pull out my phone and text Alex, even though he is in the back seat. I texted:
"Hey, i know your in the back seat, just don't say anything okay? When we get to the house, tell Austin that your gonna take me to get coffee or somthin okay? i really need to tell you somthing, its important. Got it?" i hit send and i heard Alex's phone vibrate. Almost instantly, he replied back with "KK girly", he can be a little strange somtimes.

Once we made it to the house, Alex did as i told him to do. "Hey Austin? I'm gonna take Steph to Starbucks or somthin, like for a brother sister bonding time" he said and I giggled. Brother sister? well, you can put it that way. "Okay" wow, that was easy.
Alex, pushed me to the car in this damn wheelchair and we drove off.
We pulled into Starbucks and then he wheeled me inside. I was getting weird looks from everyone. I just shrugged it off and ordered my Vanilla bean latte. We got our drinks and he took me outside and sat on a bench.
"So, whats bothering you?" he asked dumbfounded. My heart started beating extremly fast, I felt my face get red hot and i was about to start crying. "Steph, It's okay, you can tell me" he said rubbing small circles on my thigh. Okay here goes nothing.
"You have to promise me you won't get mad, or leave, or tell Austin okay?" i said. "I promise on my life i won't do any of that."
"It's not the stomach bug"
"Then what is it?"
"I- Im pregnant" Alex, looked at me in a different way that he has never looked at me before, he looked dissapointed in me. "Alex, I'm sorry, I-" he cut me off. "No save, it. What happened to you Steph?"
"You promised you wouldn't get mad" I whispered. "I'm not mad, I'm disapointed in you, I thought you were smarter than that."
"Listen Alex, we used protection... I don't know what happened"
"Then how are you-" "I don't know"
"I'm so sorry, I will be here for you the whole way okay? right by your side." he pulled me in for a hug.
