Chapter 10: Butt your Furry Butt Out

Olivia's POV:

"So it's all set up for tonight? Did you even think this through? What if Malachai kills them? What if they kill all of us before the race?! WHAT IF WE WIN AND HE GETS MAD AND KILLS ALL OF US?!!!!!!" Juggie kept asking me question after question.

"OMG that's enough Jughead. I talked to the sheriff and he knows what we are doing. Actually at first he was all like 'No, street racing is illegal' but once I told him that it was to make sure the ghoulies won't hurt anyone. Then he finally saw my beautiful plan that it was." I said shutting the cover of my car trunk closed. I was fixing up my beautiful racing car up for tonight.

"What do you mean your plan? You have a plan to defeat them?? Well what is it???" He at this point was on top of me holding my shirt collar in his hands.

"Jug, I know how stressed you are about those damn ghoulies, but if you wrinkle this shirt I'll have your head... on a stake" he backed up and sat on an old car in the garage.

"So what's the plan to defeat the ghoulies?" he said.

"With magic of course" he then just jaw dropped at me. I smiled and walked out of the garage into the living room where most of the serpent were hanging out.

"WITH MAGIC ARE YOU FUCKING CRAZY? DID YOU LOSE IT?!!" I heard jughead and then I heard a clatter of forks and spoons hit the floor. I ran into the kitchen to see Izzy with a shocked face and a sheepish smile from Juggie.

"I still need practice with my teleporting" he said but walked up to me.

"What are you thinking? Using magic to win a race. Why don't Sweet Pea and I take lead on this? Maybe use this time to go and rescue Gemma and Jamie?" he said as he rubbed my shoulders. The thought had occurred to me but knowing that crazy painted fool he would want to see me at that drag racing contest.

"Thought about it. And now once again I say you need to practice your magic. Maxie!!!" I screamed out in 2 seconds Maxie was in front of me.

"Yes, Liv?" She said to me.

"Help Juggie with his magic. I will be talking to the wolf boys about tonight" she nodded and took Juggie's hand with hers to the downstairs practice room.

"Isabelle, come on" she teleported to my side and we walked out the door to the wolves' house.

"So what are going to tell them?" Izzy asked me as we made our way to their house. I shrugged my shoulders.

"We have to keep the truce with them and since half of their members seem to have mates with our girls. I think they should come with to the drag racing. They can get a feel of how we do things here" she nodded as I explained. To which I wanted to speak to her about it, I noticed the way Suho looked at her and how she is with him.

"Izzy, do you by chance have any feelings towards the wolves in any way?" I asked her. She only scoffed at me with a scowl.

"No, should I? They are wolves for god sakes. Yes Chanyeol is cool since he is your mate and all. Baekhyun and the rest are cool guys too, but that little pup Kai has to learn not to tell others to commit suicide and I'm still pissed for what he did to Lilith and Dylan. And now I heard that he hit Sasha and made her bleed" she ranted off.

"He did what to Sasha?!" I screamed out but then relaxed. I think I have to have a little talk with Kai. I only sighed as Suho's relationship looks like it will be a bit complicated.

"What about Suho?" I asked her. Her cheeks instantly flushed a deep shade of pink.

"Who?" She asked like I was stupid. I nudged her shoulder as we made it to their front door. I ran the bell and looked her in the eye.

"I know you feel that little spark towards him" she then screamed when it was Suho who opened the door.

"Ahhhh" he screamed back at us, not ready for her scream.

"Suho what's wrong?" Kris came running out with a spatula in his hand and one of those aprons with an ab photo on it.

"What the hell are you wearing?" Izzy asked as we held in our laughs. Suho freaked out and pushed Kris back inside the house and shut the front door.

"Nothing, what brings you girls to our home. Is there anything I can do for you?" He said as he dusted some dirt off his shoulder and pants.

"Well, the serpents are having a drag race against the ghoulies. If we win then they will leave town" he nodded.

"What happens if they win...?" I sighed and Izzy grunted with anger still upset that I agreed to his damn deal.

"If they win... I will go over to the ghoulies side and marry the damn bastard named Malachai" I then heard a loud bang and Chanyeol was instantly at the front door.

"YOU ARE GONNA MARRY HIM!!!! But you're my mate. MINE" He yelled out but I stayed still I know this is just his protective side coming out. I hugged him as I also pet his head.

"I know but I will do anything to make sure my family is taken care of and protected. Besides I know we are gonna win" I said with my usual cocky smile. Chanyeol only pulled me into a tighter hug and had his face deep into where my neck met my shoulder. His warm breath tickled as he let out his sigh.

"I just found you, don't leave me" he whispered into my ear. I hugged him back and brought his face to mine and kissed the top of his forehead.

"Don't worry. I don't go down without a fight" I said as I gave him a peace sign.

"You sound just like an alpha. You know thinking of those before herself and protecting those she considers family. Are you sure you're not a wolf" Suho said with a sly smile. It made me feel uncomfortable so I walked up to him.

"You shouldn't talk. Isn't Izzy you're mate, shouldn't you have made a move already and you're a beta. Have some more confidence" I whispered to him, he instantly became red as a tomato.

"Liv. I just got an update on the ghoulies situation. We have more intel" Izzy said to me. I looked at her and I knew right away that Demi has more information about our girls.

"Boys if you excuse me something has come up. Chanyeol I will see you later tonight?" He nodded and cupped my face, kissing me with so much passion and love. I don't think my heart would be able to take it.

"Bye boys. Izzy will text Suho in a bit where to meet us" we walked away.

"So what happened?"

"Demi talked to her ghoulies contacts and they are almost done draining the girls. Listen if we don't rescue them soon Gemma and Jamie will be dead by the time we save them" I gasped loudly as she said this.

"Who will be dead?" I heard a voice come up behind me, I turned to see Chen who was looking at us with so much curiosity.

"No one wolf boy, just butt your furry butt out of this" Izzy said teleporting us away from them.
