Chapter 38: Nick Sinclair Returns

Olivia's POV:

We currently were in the abandon building that was owned by my parents, we got almost everyone from Riverdale, and a bit from Greendale. I had set up the food table, and their merch table.

"Hey Liv, Chrissy wants to talk to you before they go on stage" Izzy said as she held the clipboard close to her chest.

"Okay tell her I will be there in five" I said as she nodded and then spoke in her little headset, she then scurried off into the crowd.

"Liv, baby" I looked to see Chanyeol and the boys walked into the building and they all went their separate ways finding their mates. Chanyeol ran over to em and hugged me from behind.

"What are you up to?" he mumbled into my ear, I wiggled out of his grip and walked towards the stage.

"Going to talk to Chrissy, I'll be right back" I said as I walked into the backstage, she was doing her usual warm ups, as the boys were hyping each other up. Hyping I meant they were yelling at each other in the face.

"Chrissy, you wanted to see me?" I said as I knocked on the door, the boys' heads looked at me and then just ran out the door with blushed cheeks.

"Yes, Liv I was wondering if you could announce us on stage?" she asked with a nervous smile, I smiled back at her.

"Of course I will sweet heart" I said a she squealed and hugged me.

Time Skip

"Everyone I present to you, AGAINST THE CURRENT" I shouted into the microphone. The crowd screamed loudly as Chrissy, Danny, and Will ran out and high fived a few of those in front.

"Hey, I'm Chrissy, that's Dan, that's Will and we are Against the Current. Hope you are ready to rock" Chrissy said as Dan started the first song on his guitar.

Jamie's POV:

Everyone was loving Chrissy's music, she was having so much fun as everyone was too. I was just sitting in the corner as the music blared I stayed close to the food table. It wasn't like I was being a fattie or anything, it was just making me uncomfortable being here. Ever since the girls rescued me from the ghoulies, I haven't been the same.

"Hey, what's your name, beautiful?" I looked up to see a sleazy looking guy stand above me, I shook my head and tried to look somewhere else.

"Okay fine be all rude" he said as he stomped away. I sighed it's been like that for me, I can't think straight. I just feel like they are watching me and they will just come and capture me again.

"Jamie, baby are you okay?" I screamed a bit too loudly as it scared me too. I looked to see Gemma and Luhan standing near me, Gemma was crouched down to look me in the eye.

"Hey is she okay?" Luhan her mate said as he ran over to Xiumin, who then brought Demi. Demi quickly walked over and put her fingers on my head.

"Hey relax, they aren't here" she said as she probably could feel my heartbeat race faster and faster.

"I just hate it, the fact that I am always on guard" I said as I sighed and a few tears fell from my eyes. Gemma quickly wiped them away and Demi rubbed my hand, the music then ended.

"Thanks, we are against the current. Thank you for hearing us play" Chrissy said as some people left the venue. Chrissy walked off the stage and went to get some water off the table, she looked at the corner of her eye and saw me on the floor.

"Jamie, hey, hey, hey what's wrong" she said as she ran over to me, my alpha looked at me with concern.

"I'm just afraid, that's all" I whispered to her, she nodded and told the others it was okay for them to go back to the party.
